We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Morales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tony, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a Gyrotonic Master Teacher I was working for someone else who didn’t appreciate me. It was then when I decided I needed to start my own small Biz and teach the way I wanted.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It wasn’t easy as there are many other Gyrotonic Teachers and Studios. What sets me apart is attention to detail, teaching who walks in, being on top of scheduling, caring about my clients and investing long-term in their transformation.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In NYC we would have to go to The Met Museum one day, then probably a classical music concert, my favorite Restaurant Frena, possibly the Jersey Shore for a day and of course spend time at my place grilling delicious food, drinking delicious champagnes and sitting outside enjoying the weather.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife was my number 1 supporter and cheerleader as I was about to take the leap. She encouraged me as well as a long time client named Doris Levin.
