Meet Travis Bell | Owner / Operator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Travis Bell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Travis, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I was born and raised in Ohio before relocating to Arizona at the age of fourteen. From a young age, I was instilled with the values of hard work and integrity. If I want something, I need to earn it. These principles continue to guide me more than twenty-five years later. I recognize the significance of loyalty and reliability and consistently strive to treat others with respect. I believe attitude and drive can make or break a business.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I specialize in Commercial and Residential Cleaning. Over the past twenty years, I’ve been an employee of L.A.S. Cleaning, starting out this was just a steppingstone this was a temporary Job that eventually turned into an amazing career. In the beginning of 2025, I decided to purchase L.A.S. Cleaning Service from my mother (Lori) so that she can retire. I work alongside my crew every day.
What makes me the proudest is that we have never advertised and promoted the business. Almost every client we have has been a referral from another client or word of mouth.
What sets me apart is my work ethic, attitude and my commitment to my clients. I stive every day to become a stronger version of myself. I want to become a better boss as well as a better mentor.
Since taking over the business I’ve learned a lot about leadership, patience and resilience. I will always stay true to my vision.
I want the world to know that if you are taking over a business or starting something new it is exciting! But it will take patience, and hard work! My story isn’t just about success, it’s about determination, purpose, growth and L.A.S. Cleaning Service is here to stay!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a Foodie so this one is a no brainer.
Lunch at Big’s American Bar & Grill – This is an awesome spot with great food, big portions and a huge menu with a roomy patio. It’s perfect for catching up and people watching.
Dinner at Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers – This place never disappoints. They have great food, and it has a relaxing fun atmosphere. My wife and I love this place.
Arizona has a lot of hidden gems, Speakeasys are a lot of fun. Comedy Clubs or Improv nights are always a great time.
Where else can you live that is 90 + degrees, you can drive an hour and a half away and go snowboarding the same day?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shoutout to my mother Lori and my wife Katie. My mother taught me the value of perseverance and hard work. She was my first example of strength and compassion. My wife has been my rock through every challenge, encouraging me to chase my dreams and reminding me of my worth. Their unwavering support and belief in me have shaped the man I am today.
