Meet Tyler O’Quinn | Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyler O’Quinn and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tyler, how do you think about risk?
I think about risk being an opportunity for growth personally and financially. The opportunity that has presented itself in front of me due to the actions I have taken in my life led me to that spot to make a decision. The role of risk taking has always been a positive and motivating role for me in my life. I believe there will be a positive outcome on any risk. It will either be a lesson learned, even if it’s tough, or it will be the path I was meant to take and will benefit my family and myself spiritually and or financially.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a visual artist, creating content and seeing peoples engagement or reactions to pieces of art that I have created is the best part. Being able to have the “eye” for composing a shot or pre planning a shoot with the creative collaboration with my clients is what sets me apart from someone that just picks up a camera and knows how to work the settings. I am most proud of how far I have came in actually telling a story and delving into my style of videos. I am excited for what the future holds in working with higher end clients really seeing the value in my work and not batting an eye at the price of said art and services I offer.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My best friend just flew into town early on a cloudy brisk January day here in Arizona. Said best friend and I would go grab some breakfast burritos from Los favoritos and make our way out to the desert for some shooting practice. Dump a few hundred rounds of lead into some steel targets, bs about life and what are the positives & negatives currently happening in our lives. With people that I trust and I know will give it to me straight forward, I love the question “how can I be a better person”. I feel like any given moment with your best friend can be moments of growth. You and your best friend have bonded on a level not other friends have before and you should use those moments together to challenge each other and also lift each other up, get excited about life. After shooting we would make our way over to Texas Roadhouse for a late lunch. I order the ribeye medium rare, side of corn and a Caesar salad. We bs some more, drink some sweet tea and talk about odd conspiracy things that make you go hmm. As im typing I currently missed where it said the trip was a week long, so Ill condense this a little bit. the rest of the week will consist of hiking, golfing, cold plunging, internal work, fishing, some filming (always have to practice) and eating some real good food (Texas Roadhouse).
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife Taylor deserves all of the recognition. Taylor has always supported me in my entrepreneurial endeavors. I have always had a profound passion for creating art, when I picked up a camera I know it was a calling that I wanted to dive into head first. On top of her supporting and giving construction criticism to the art I was creating, she also had to support the loads of money going out for buying equipment.
