We had the good fortune of connecting with Victor Carmona and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Victor, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I knew that Arizona has a huge need for a new and relevant church in Spanish being such a diverse State specifically in the Phoenix area. We need a church where people can feel welcomed in their own language.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I worked at Telemundo in El Paso, Texas and I learned about the impact of marketing and grassroot events. I took that experience and started implementing that in the church experience and operations to create a mass marketing strategy to invite more unchurched people to churches. Our message of hope or Jesus is so important that we as a church need to be more effective.
Other huge organizations or companies spend billions of dollars in marketing to sell one more product or service or gain one more customer.
WE NEED TO TELL ONE MORE PERSON ABOUT JESUS!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to thank the previous leaders that helped me grow in my faith along this journey. Pastor Chris Richards and Jafet Nunez in Texas were the first Pastors I ever met that inspired me to be a leader to other men and families. When I moved to Arizona I met other great leaders that helped me be more organized and structured in management in the church world. Pastors Dustin Tappan, Ashley Wooldridge Bobby Reed, Kyle Hedwall mentors like Larry Fraley and Mark Moore played a key role in my ministry training.
