We had the good fortune of connecting with William Turner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi William, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk-taking is definitely a part of doing business, I would not be here if I had not taken risk. However I try to take calculated risks and look at what is the potential loss and what is the potential reward.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
It took me a long time to realize I was an artist a culinary artist.

My art is displayed on your pallet rather than a canvas. Huge bold flavors is my signature.

Coming from where I came from wasn’t easy .when I arrive in Phoenix I basically had nothing I did not even have a car. It was an absolute grind in the beginning I humbled myself and I use the lessons I have learned throughout my life I am a professional life to get me noticed.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Time of year plays a role in the itinerary planning but let’s say it’s March. I’d take them Hiking either Camelback or Piestewa. Shopping and dinner in Old Town.
I also love the Scottsdale Quarter.
Another fun day would be spent downtown Phoenix. And probably head down to Gilbert for one of the nights.

But honestly you can’t go wrong

Oh yea pick up a souvenir at Cactus Jock in Old town.
