We had the good fortune of connecting with Yoni Kachlon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yoni, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor of my success and the success of my brand is willingness & desire to constantly improve for my clients.

Everything I do is to add value to my existing services. Whether I’m updating my facilities, improving my teaching skills or reading books to improve my ability to relate lessons to a variety of students.

Constantly finding little things to improve on every single day instead of looking for the big dramatic changes.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a dog behavior specialist I work with families and their pet dogs.

From puppy fundamentals to working with older dogs that can’t control their energy and even dogs with bite records. I work with them all!

I offer private lessons, group classes and boot camp.

I’m here to help strengthen the relationship humans share with their dogs by providing a method of clear and effective communication!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We’d go on some hikes, walk dogs, check out my amazing yard (dog training center) and eat at True Foods.

I can probably do those things every day and be happy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I try to learn a little from everyone I meet.

Some of my biggest mentors are my students. Their desire to learn from me and listen to what I have to say pushes me to keep getting better!

Besides my students I believe reading every day is essential. Lessons from people you may never get to meet can be priceless.

I mostly read books that make me reflect on my daily choices. These reflections help me make better decisions in my life & business.
