We had the good fortune of connecting with Tanner & Chance and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tanner & Chance, how do you think about risk?
Great question, risk is nothing we don’t do already on the daily. Since watching hundreds of hours of podcasts, studying how the wealthy move and operate, and starting my own business, I’ve found out that risk is absolutely necessary. A big reason I believe why a lot of people aren’t successful is because of how we’ve been raised and how the school system teaches. It creates fear for the common person to take risks. Risk for my business is the only way it would be successful. At the end of the day you want to take calculated risk but you want to make sure you don’t cross the line and be “perfect” because you end up in analysis paralysis and you won’t ever pull the trigger and this has happened to me many times until I learned differently. Learn enough to know how to get started in the industry and then you want to take imperfect action. Imperfect action and speed are the two things I’ve found that are necessary to start a business and then you figure out systems and processes after you’re in the game. That is how risk has played in my life and career. Its risk that makes the rewards 10x.

What should our readers know about your business?
Great question, what sets the EzTravelGuys apart from others is culture and customer service. We are young and hip and so we know exactly what our audience wants and likes and that is culture and customer service. We provide our customers with an excellent service and then we try to go above that. We are most excited that in 5 years were going to be competing with some of the top companies in the game.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Our friends or family are coming into town and wanting an experience, no one better to do it than the EzTravelGuys. Many people who visit, go to the obvious Phoenix, Scottsdale area, and although it’s a great place with many great things to do and places to eat. You have to show the hidden gems, such as maybe one day do some hiking of the South Mountain (Dobbins Lookout), Superstition Mountain (Ghost Town), The next day show them some beautiful desert spots like Fossil Creek waterfall with crystal blue water. Every night were eating difference cultured meals from hole in the wall to 5 star restaurants that were known for.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
To say Chance and I just started a travel agency would be super selfish of us. Shoutout to Tyler McAllister for helping get us into the room we needed to be in. Shoutout to CeoMattyJ for being humble, smart working, and appreciating where he’s at due to god and sharing what he knows to help put others on like ourselves.
