Hi Jason, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I believe everything in life is a risk. Taking action on something is a risk but also not taking action and letting life pass you by is also one. I believe in order to grow as a person you have to take risks throughout your life. You cannot stay in your comfort zone if you want to thrive and live that “dream life” you fantasize about. Risk is a part of life and I want to motivate people to take those risks in their lives as well.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I focus on men’s streetwear fashion and also casual wear. I’ve been doing this for about three years now and even though it’s a hobby of mine, I hope to make this a side hustle of some kind in the near future. I’ve met incredible people that are also in this niche and I’ve learned many things. The most important lesson that I think can add value to anyone’s life is this quote that says “your future is determined by what you do today”. In order to get to where you want to be in life you have to make sacrifices and give up some things you enjoy for a little while. It’s a great price to pay but your future self will thank you if you go through with it. That is the most important lesson that I’ve learned with this journey.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family and friends. They have pushed me to become the best version of myself and also motivated me to start “Godmirez” and to start my fashion journey.
