Meet Brandy Girot | Owner and Trainer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandy Girot and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandy, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor that’s brought us. Success is that we emphasize and focus on making sure every single client feels like they are getting personalized attention., and that they, and their dog matter to us greatly.
I would say 80% of our business comes from direct referrals and word-of-mouth we have building outstanding reputation.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
we are dog training company in East Mesa, our facility sits on a 1 acre property nestled in a beautiful neighborhood.
Our team maintains national certifications as we want to make sure we’re always able to give the most up-to-date relevant and educated dog training services as possible.
between our team, our skill set spans just about every aspect there is to Daug training from behavior cases to learning how to play dog sports and everything in between.
We are also very proud of our angel dogs animal assisted therapy curriculum.
He created his program and use it in the largest school district in Arizona, we’ve trained over 135 therapy dog teams that are currently working in the Schools.
this curriculum is specialized to the work. These teachers and dogs are doing in their classrooms..
We are also working with Chandler school district and the gilbert school district to get this fabulous program into their schools.
We teach hundreds of outside private therapy teams as well to go out into our community and make a huge difference.
I think the thing that makes our company the most special is the individualized attention we give each in every client. every lesson plan every class we make sure that each dogs issues are being addressed.
we are also very proud to offer upscale boarding. It is not a big operation. We keep it small on purpose.. in our care get several hours worth of outing time per day, loaded within enrichment and exercise.
this business has been a labor of love over the last seven years, there have been many challenges that we’ve had to overcome, especially regarding growth, but we’re navigating it and hitting our stride.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
we would definitely go check out Dobbins look out, find a nice little spot. Have a lunch..
we would definitely hit saguaro Lake to look at the wild horses.
and then we would not be able to miss Bonchon‘s Korean barbecue chicken in Tempe.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Eileen Tonick, who owned Angel dogs in the valley for 30 years she has since retired, but remains my very special and dear friend. she was an excellent mentor!
my amazing family without their support I could not do this job.
Wren Schaser you are the best business partner I could ask for and together we have an outstanding balance.
Aly Straw you have hung in there with us through our highs and lows. You’ve grown so much and you contribute greatly.
