We had the good fortune of connecting with DeAnna DuPree, Wardrobe Stylist & Image Consultant, and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi DeAnna, what do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the quality of my relationships. I absolutely would not be where I am, nor have what I have if not for the beautiful trusting relationships with my peers, community, clients, and colleagues.
Joyce Myers once said, “we could improve our relationships by leaps and bounds, if we become encouragers instead of critics.” This truism has taken me so far in my business of empowering women, children, and men for that matter. I encourage them to be great, look great, live great lives and love greatly. My brand is deeply rooted in love and empowerment, and so many people are on board with that mission, hence the success of DeAnna’s Style Haus & Impeccable Style LLC.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I literally live, eat, drink, sleep, and play in STYLE. Not a day goes by where I’m not shopping, playing in my clients’ closets, steaming clothes, styling someone for a special occasion, teaching up and coming Stylists, or building my brand; creating social media content, and/or networking.

What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my resilience, my fearless attitude, and my ability to touch so many hearts. I’ve been a Wardrobe Stylist since 2012, and I have learned so much about human psychology and behavior… and about the power of love, confidence and possibility.
My dream of opening DeAnna’s Style Haus- a styling showroom – is only in existence because of the power of belief and resilience. In the face of adversity, all I had to lean on was my faith. There were so many quiet moments of questioning if I had what it took to succeed.
I was reminded of my WHY. I’ve been sent here for a great purpose; to transform the lives of women, by enhancing and elevating their self esteem, beliefs, and their image.
I’m also extremely proud of myself for living OUTSIDE of the ‘box of conformity & mediocrity.’ I’m so happy and proud that I am more than a Stylist…. More than a Personal Shopper. I am a change-maker. I’m a momentum shifter. I am a teacher. When one can marry faith, beauty, style, sisterhood, the power of play, and empowerment into one unique ball of joy … and label it a “business; ‘ you’ve got something special. That’s what Impeccable Style is all about- that’s why I opened the doors to DeAnna’s Style Haus; to experience all of those things, in just one visit. I’m very proud of it all!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

oh yeah! Phoenix is such a great city for foodies, and adventure seekers. If you’re coming to visit Phoenix/Scottsdale, you must go to SugarJam for brunch- the MOST incredible brunch /soul food in Scottsdale. Then stop by DeAnna’s Style Haus for a little luxury accessory shopping and play dress up. Go take a stroll thru The Scottsdale Quarter which is only an 8-minute drive from the Style Haus, where you’ll find tons of shopping, eateries for lunch/dinner, the movies, and so much more.
Do yourself a favor and rent a canopy for the day at the JW Marriott where the only adult-only pool and water slides are in full swing. Dine at Flint. Then head to Toca Madeira for dessert and the fire dancer. DO NOT leave this place without ordering the Vegan Chocolate Mousse drizzled in coconut ice cream and raspberry molten. Yummmm!!! And wrap the night up at CB Live for some good comedy, or Blu Martini for great music, dancing, and hookah.
If you’re an art lover, visit the Phoenix Art Museum, Music & Art Museum of Scottsdale, or take a quick drive to Sedona for hiking, stargazing, or spiritual meditation . There’s so much to do and see in downtown Phoenix . There’s no way one won’t have a blast here!

I must give a shout out The BNI Connectors, the amazing mentors of the SCORE program, James Allen, author of As a Woman Thinketh, my incredible clients, mentors, friends, and Megan & Meghan of The Modern Day Wife- who gave me a platform to share my truth, and grow my brand. If not for all of these great humans, and organizations, and of course God himself, I would not have a thriving business to share with the world. For that, I’m eternally grateful to you all.
