We had the good fortune of connecting with Chuck Haddad and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chuck, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The best habits to have to achieve ultimate success would have to be, discipline and consistency. If you wake up everyday and are focused on achieving your goals, and stay disciplined, you can have anything you want in life. Consistency is the key.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a young man, I was always intrigued and obsessed with cars. It became a hobby of mine and later on turned into a professional business.

During the 2008 recession, I was able to make my way in the used car industry. I was buying and selling cars in the street, as a hobby. I took the knowledge that I learned over a few short years, and was able to open up my own used car dealer store in the Los Angeles area.
I ultimately loved the art of buying and selling cars and financing them to customers.

After working very hard and getting to travel I found customers all across the US. Some Interested in particular specific vehicles. Eventually I was able to raise capital to purchase luxury vehicles and tap into the market of high end exotic cars where I was able to link up with clients from different areas.

I would wholesale exotic luxury cars through auctions across the world and retail them to interested buyers.

There were lots of ups and downs during my career. I can remember starting out and not knowing the industry like I know today. When you don’t know about certain things, it is easy to be taken advantage of and I learned the hard way, but I am grateful for those hardships because I would not be the entrepreneur I am today.

I now am able to enjoy a lifestyle of leisure where I literally can do what I want and still be involved in a business that is able to produce me passive income.

I am also known as a food critic in my area, and can be found reviewing Shawarma spots around town.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If the homies came to Phoenix Arizona we would have to stay a few nights at the beautiful Arizona Biltmore Hotel. I would have to definitely take them down that big ol gusty water slide and chill by the pool.

Definitely do a little fashion Square for shopping and such. Gotta look fly.

If we expect to shine while we’re out we must go to footprint center and catch a phoenix suns game or any sporting event.

I would most likely make dinner reservations in Scottsdale, at the wonderful and lavish Toca Madera.

Let’s not forget about nightlife, I gotta show my friends a good time. Maybe some drinks at Goodwood Tavern and pop some bottles at El Hefe.

The party doesn’t stop there, let’s go to Tempe and drive down Mill Ave. lots of things to do there.

And when we’re really thirsty, we don’t dare forget about Dutch Bros. Something with a little frothy top please.

How about seeing Scottsdale AZ from a different angle. . My friends and I would have to visit Sun State helicopter tours, and check out the beautiful landscape.

👌
