We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Chambard and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jennifer, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
I’ve never been a master of work-life balance. Throughout my career journey, I’ve often allowed my passion and dedication to my work to dictate the rhythm of my life. I firmly believe that when you do what you love, it doesn’t truly feel like work. This perspective has driven me to pour my heart and soul into my career, and it has been a source of both personal fulfillment and professional success. While maintaining a strict balance between work and personal life may not have been my strong suit, I’ve discovered that the satisfaction I derive from my work has a positive impact on all aspects of my life, making it a fulfilling and integrated experience.

For me, work and life have often blended because I’ve found genuine joy and purpose in the work I do. They say that when you do what you love, it’s not work, and I couldn’t agree more. The satisfaction I derive from helping women has been a driving force in my life, motivating me to give it my all. While I may not have always excelled at traditional balance, I believe that my dedication to my craft has allowed me to achieve great things, meet incredible people and find fulfillment in every aspect of life.
