We had the good fortune of connecting with Anaiz Zambrano and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anaiz, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe the most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is not just one thing—it’s a combination of many things working together, with consistency being at the top of the list.

If you don’t show up consistently, how will people recognize your brand? It’s easy to get caught up in the idea of going viral, but I don’t believe that should be the goal. The goal should be to become recognizable enough that people get to know you, connect with you, trust you, and ultimately want to do business with you.

Another important factor is creating an exceptional client experience from beginning to end. It’s not just about providing a service and saying, “See you next time.” It’s about creating memorable moments. The ambiance, the scent in the room, the music, the refreshments, whether the bed is warmed or cooled—those small details matter. They make people feel cared for, and that feeling stays with them long after they leave.

I also believe that confidence in yourself and your work is essential. If you don’t believe in what you are providing, it becomes very difficult for others to believe in it. People can sense when someone is uncertain or constantly second-guessing themselves. On the other hand, when you genuinely believe in your mission, your services, and the value you bring, that confidence is felt by the people around you.

For me, success comes from consistently showing up, creating meaningful experiences, and believing in what I do every single day.

What should our readers know about your business?
Sol Aesthetics was created from a dream that began long before I ever became an aesthetician. Even before graduating high school, I knew I wanted to create something of my own. I envisioned a place that people genuinely looked forward to visiting—a place where they felt welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they walked through the door.

That dream did not become a reality until adulthood, and the journey to get here was not always easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced self-doubt, financial challenges, and moments where I questioned whether I was capable of building the life and business I envisioned. However, I continued moving forward because I believed in what I was creating.

This year marks six years in business, and one of the most rewarding things has been watching that dream slowly become reality. What started as an idea has grown into a business that serves incredible clients and creates meaningful experiences every day. Yet I still feel like I am only getting started. The dream continues to evolve, and there is so much more I hope to build in the years ahead.

What sets Sol Aesthetics apart is that I designed it around how I wanted people to feel. I thought about the type of experience I would want for myself—the warmth, the attention to detail, the feeling of being truly cared for. From the ambiance and music to the personalized treatments and follow-up care, every detail is intentional.

I blend corrective skincare with holistic practices because I believe healthy skin is connected to overall well-being. Whether a client comes to me for advanced skincare treatments, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, or simply a moment to relax, my goal is for them to leave feeling better than when they arrived.

The greatest lesson entrepreneurship has taught me is that success is not built overnight. It is built through consistency, resilience, relationships, and a willingness to keep showing up even when the path feels uncertain. I have learned that believing in yourself matters, but so does allowing others to believe in you and support you along the way.

More than anything, I want people to know that Sol Aesthetics is built on genuine care. My mission has never been to simply provide a service. It is to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel seen, supported, and confident in their own skin.

Six years later, I am incredibly grateful for how far this dream has come—and even more excited for where it is going next.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Arizona for a week, I would want them to experience the parts of Arizona that make it feel truly special and memorable.

We would definitely spend time exploring Northern Arizona. I would take them to Sedona to experience the red rocks, hike some of the beautiful trails, get their aura photographed or read, and visit places like Peace Park. Sedona has a unique energy that is difficult to describe unless you experience it for yourself.

From there, we would head to Flagstaff to enjoy the cooler weather, local shops, and mountain scenery. One of the things I love most about Arizona is how quickly the landscape can change—from desert to pine forests in just a couple of hours.

Antelope Canyon would also be on the list because it is one of the most breathtaking places I have ever seen. The natural beauty and colors of the canyon are unforgettable and unlike anything else.

For something a little unexpected, I would take them to Tombstone. It is such a fun and unique piece of Arizona history and offers a completely different experience from the hiking and nature-focused parts of the trip.

Of course, no Arizona itinerary would be complete without spending time enjoying local restaurants, coffee shops, and sunset views. Arizona is full of incredible places to eat and gather, but what I love most is the variety of experiences available. You can explore the desert, hike through red rocks, visit historic towns, relax in the mountains, and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the country all within the same trip.

What makes Arizona special to me is that there is something here for everyone. Whether you love adventure, nature, history, wellness, or simply slowing down and enjoying the scenery, Arizona has a way of leaving a lasting impression.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people and organizations that deserve recognition in my story. First and foremost, my family has been my biggest support system. They have encouraged me through the highs and lows of building a business and have always believed in me, even when I doubted myself.
I would also like to recognize the mentors and educators in the aesthetics industry who have shared their knowledge and experience with me. Continuing education has played a huge role in my growth, and learning from successful estheticians has helped shape the way I serve my clients and run my business.
Finally, I would like to give a shoutout to the entrepreneurial communities I’ve been fortunate to be a part of, especially the local women’s business groups here in Arizona, such as the Phoenix Women’s Club. Surrounding myself with ambitious, supportive, and like-minded individuals has challenged me to grow, think bigger, and become the version of myself I aspire to be.
I truly believe that success is never achieved alone. Every person, mentor, and community that has poured into me has helped shape the entrepreneur and business owner I am today.
