Hi NAGA SIMHADRI APPARAO, how do you define success?
In my view success is an ongoing journey marked by technical achievements, leadership impact, industry recognition, scholarly contributions, adaptability, educational growth, and skill set mastery—all working in concert to drive positive outcomes for teams, projects, and the broader technology landscape. In my technical Journey I achieved success in below forms:

1. Technical Excellence:

Success involves consistently delivering high-quality software solutions. Whether it’s contributing to projects for Fortune 500 companies or implementing cutting-edge technologies like Hyper Precision Location (HPL) Accessibility Services, I find fulfillment in the technical excellence reflected in the outcomes of my work.

2. Leadership Impact:

As a Technical Manager, success extends to the positive impact on teams and projects. Navigating complex landscapes at Verizon Wireless Telecom, leading initiatives in Web Accessibility, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, and fostering a culture of innovation are key markers of success in my leadership journey.

3. Industry Recognition:

Being recognized as a Distinguished Speaker at international conferences like IEEE and the Euro Global Summit on Content Distribution Networks (CDN) underscores success in contributing thought leadership to the global technical community. The invitations to conferences like the Adv. Satellite Global Conference 2023 and Biol-Bios Global Conference 2023 further validate the relevance of my work in Web and AI/ML technologies.

4. Scholarly Contributions:

Success, for me, is not just about practical implementations but also about contributing to the academic discourse. Being a Peer Work Reviewer for respected journals and publishing in renowned platforms such as IEEE, Springer Nature, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, and maintaining an active Google Scholar profile reflects my commitment to advancing the field.

5. Versatility and Adaptability:

Success is evident in the ability to thrive in diverse sectors—be it Finance, Airline, Telecom, or beyond. Whether evaluating projects at onsite locations for companies like Saudi Telecom and Nokia Networks or implementing Web Accessibility and Chatbots technologies for American Express, versatility and adaptability are integral to my definition of success.

6. Professional Memberships:

Attaining the status of an IEEE Senior Member and a Fellow Member of The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), along with Sigma XI Full Membership, reinforces the success achieved in contributing to and advancing the field.

7. Educational Background:

Holding a Master of Computer Science from Arizona State University signifies a commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence, contributing to the foundation of success in my career.

8. Skill Set Mastery:

Success is also reflected in the mastery of a diverse skill set, ranging from Java Full Stack Engineering to DevOps, Agile methodologies to Cloud Technologies. The ability to navigate complex domains such as Banking, Telecom, and Airlines showcases a comprehensive skill set that contributes to project success.
