We had the good fortune of connecting with Valerio Di Falco and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Valerio, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my business because was always my dream open an Italian bakery in the US and when. my parents came here I thought would be perfect for them doing something and this how we start.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m very satisfied how is growing my business because I’m receiving many good reviews, means for me that what I’m doing is appreciate. I also focus on the bad one because, I think, help you to improve. As I mentioned, my business is a family base so all my customers feel are inside a random house in Italy, I created the same ambience you find if you go to a bakery in Italy.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Many friends came to see me in Naples (FL) and always they left with sadness because I make them falling in love with the city. I usually take to my place to have a breakfast, because my espresso is, without doubts and presumption the best in town. Then I take them to the beach; Naples beach are amazing so they can have a little bit of tan. Leave the beach for lunch and maybe come back for the sunset at the pier where is amazing.
For dinner I always take them on one of the restaurant in 5th avenue, most of them are elegant and have good food.
Some of the restaurant on 5th avenue close late so I take them to have a drink a listen some music until it is time to come back home.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Mine is a Family business, so they help me a lot. My wife, my mother, my father and my brothers and sister are always present with new ideas
