We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacy Weber and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stacy, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
What the idea come from to start my business? About 10 years ago I started feeling called to do something different in my life.

I was a Division Manager Sales Manager overseeing 3 states and 60 salespeople. I was good at what I did and was paid well for my results. But I felt like there was more for me to do. As time went on I started feeling stagnant, without growth and found myself really unhappy.

So I asked myself, what would make me happy? What would make me feel fulfilled in my life?

As I reflected, what was missing was me! I felt I had lost myself and I didn’t really know who I was anymore. It was time to find me again. This process led me to get my personal training certification, I love to exercise…it feels so good. As well as get my life coaching certification. This was a life changer for me! This is where I gained the tools and processes to learn how to make myself happy. This is when I found me, my power and purpose.

My personal experience of self-discovery brought forth my now business of 8 years, Tru You Consulting.
As an intuitive business and sales coach I help entrepreneurs and small businesses to make sure their personal lives flourish as their businesses grows. Through my powerful self-discovery process my clients uncover their innate strengths and talents so that they offer their products and services with increased confidence and never feel pushy or sales.

I love what I do! Helping people be happy and thrive in their businesses and careers is my passion.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
There is a lot of business and sales coaches out there. What makes me different?

I always focus on you! Your fulfillment, your well-being and happiness. You can be super successful and make a lot of money, but if you are stressed, struggling and unhappy, what’s the point!

I named my business Tru You Consulting because it is important that you are true to who you are. True to what’s calling you forward, your dreams, your goals without jeopardizing your joy and fun.

I’ve learned this the hard way. Most of my life I pushed myself and lived by the motto “You can make it happen.” It did work for me, but to my detriment.

I found another way. I help people let go of life’s conditioning and society’s ways to find their own answers within. You don’t have to push and struggle. I help people discover and lead with their innate strengths and talents. When you are truly you, life and business flows with more ease and fun. Success can happen when you’re having fun!

My greatest joy thus far in business will be leading my first in-person retreat at the beginning April 2024. It’s called Awaken the True You Retreat – Dare to Live Your Dream Life! It will be a transformational experience that includes sound bowl meditations, breath work, self-discovery workshops, hiking and a hot air balloon ride as the finale. This retreat is for those with a calling for more in life, to truly understand who they are and the power they have within! My goal is to have attendees leave knowing they have the power to create a life of happiness, success and joy! https://bit.ly/TrueYouRetreat

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since we moved here in April 2022, we have so enjoyed all there is to do here in Arizona. I know we have just cracked the surface of what there is to experience here!

On of our favorite restaurants to go to in Cave Creek is Harolds Corral. It’s the Original Wild West Saloon and Restaurant that’s over 80 years old. It has live country music most every night and on Saturday’s they have dance lessons. It’s got great food and spirits!

Also in Cave Creek is the Buffalo Chip! If you like dancing and bull riding, this is the place to be for all ages. And if you are up to it, you can ride on the mechanical bull your self! You have to check it out! Super fun.

If you are in town anytime from mid- January to the end of March go see the Arizona Fine Art Expo in Scottsdale. There are artists from all over the world that come to Arizona to share their beautiful art. My husband and I really enjoyed all the different types of art there.

We love hanging out by the water in the summer. We like to go out to Lake Pleasant in Peoria. There are 2 restaurants and all kinds of water rentals from ski boats to paddle boards. We go there to soak up the sun and play.

Now if you like to shop, go down to Kierland Commons in Scottsdale. You’ll find pretty much find everything there with great places to eat for everyone in the family.

There is so much more! So go explore.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to Leisa Peterson with the Wealth Clinic. She is a mindfulness coach and business strategist. I have worked with her for about 6 years and she has been instrumental in my growth and evolution personally and professionally. She wrote an amazing book called, the Mindful Millionaire. I highly recommend it.

I am grateful for her support and mentorship.
