We had the good fortune of connecting with Arlene Robotta and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Arlene, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process was rooted in a passion for innovation and positive change. I started helping people who didn’t know much about tech. I saw some instances where some were overly paying for technical services. I wanted to help. I saw an opportunity to create value by leveraging my expertise in technology and I decided to start my business focused on helping seniors or anyone needing help in tech at a fair price with patience and kindness.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m hoping to make a difference in the way tech service is delivered to non-technical users and seniors. Embracing my strengths as a women entrepreneur in the tech industry, I’m hoping to create a successful and impactful business that fosters diversity and empowers others. I was a single, teen mom working full-time and going to school at night to show my son anything was possible. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Information systems and working in tech, the next step was to help others on my own from what I have learned in the tech industry and on my journey from my heart. My brand means that you will receive nothing but the best service at a price that is always explained and reasonable.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Tucson is so beautiful with so much to do. Hiking Tumamoc hill to visiting Biosphere 2, the world’s largest science experiment, or visit Old Tucson for some western history and fun, There are too many restaurants to list. A few of my favs are Penca, King fisher and El Charro.. Brunch at Nook or Prep & pastry is always awesome also.

Staying at one of the many beautiful resorts in Tucson, such as StarrPass, relaxing on the lazy river with a margarita, or Lowes Ventana Canyon Resort enjoying dining and music with the beautiful views. Downtown Tucson offers a lively nightlife with live music or dj for some fun.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Gabriela Cervantes deserves the utmost recognition. What sets Gabriela apart is not just her actions, but genuine care and concern about others around them. Her contributions have made our community a better place. She is on several community involvement committees such as Big Brothers, Big sisters and is a board chair for the women’s foundation for the state of Arizona. She still finds time in her love for fashion and travel by sewing and is a certified Travel advisor. On top of everything else, She is an amazing friend.
