Meet David Pullon | Agent/Growth Leader

We had the good fortune of connecting with David Pullon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi David, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Recognizing your strengths and doing more to feed those strengths. Then surround yourself with great people who have strengths that complement yours.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m most proud of the people I have put together in business and are thriving. And the opportunity to continue to do that is what excites me. I have had things come easy, but I realized I wasn’t growing when things were easy. So I now seek out more challenges and I overcome those challenges by knowing I am going to experience them and stay consistent through them while also listening to other perspectives. One of my favorite sayings is from Les Brown: “you can’t see the picture when you’re in the frame”. Get a coach, get another perspective, because it may reveal something you were unable to see.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Wow…tough question to narrow down the amazing opportunity we have here in Arizona. I would start out with a morning hike up Camelback Mountain or take in a round of golf at We Ko Pa or Troon. Can’t pass up a day trip up to Sedona…as far as food there are just too many great experiences to mention, but something outdoors would be a must.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The book “The Comfort Crisis” by Michael
Easter. Really an eye opening book that made me recognize things about myself.
