I am most proud of the community I’ve built around my show. Seeing listeners engage, share their experiences, and come back week after week fuels my passion. Getting to where I am today professionally has been a mix of relentless hard work, learning, and adapting. It wasn’t easy. I faced numerous challenges, from breaking into the highly competitive radio industry to constantly evolving my skills to stay relevant in the ever-changing music landscape.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation

• Morning: Pick up your friend from the airport and check them into a comfortable hotel in downtown Phoenix.
• Afternoon: Lunch at The Arrogant Butcher for some delicious comfort food.
• Evening: A leisurely stroll through Desert Botanical Garden to enjoy the beautiful desert flora, followed by dinner at The Gladly, known for its modern American cuisine and craft cocktails.

Day 2: Exploring Phoenix

• Morning: Breakfast at Matt’s Big Breakfast to fuel up for the day.
• Afternoon: Visit the Phoenix Art Museum to explore a vast collection of contemporary and classic art.
• Evening: Dinner at Pizzeria Bianco, acclaimed for its wood-fired pizzas. End the night with drinks at Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour, a trendy bar known for its inventive cocktails.

Day 3: Outdoor Adventure

• Morning: Early hike at Camelback Mountain for stunning views of the city.
• Afternoon: Lunch at Postino WineCafe, where you can enjoy a variety of bruschettas and wine.
• Evening: Head to Papago Park for a scenic sunset, then dine at Gertrude’s, located within the Desert Botanical Garden, for a farm-to-table experience.

Day 4: Day Trip to Sedona

• Morning: Drive to Sedona and have breakfast at The Coffee Pot Restaurant, famous for its 101 omelets.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely! There are several key people and groups who have played a significant role in my journey and success in the media and entertainment industry.

First and foremost, I want to dedicate my shoutout to my my mom and dad.. Their unwavering support, encouragement, and love have been the foundation of my career. They’ve always believed in me, even when the path was uncertain, and their faith has kept me motivated and focused.
