We had the good fortune of connecting with Cristina Keller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi cristina, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
As a spa owner and empath, the most important factor behind my success—and the success of my brand—has been *leading with heart and intention*. I built my business not just to offer treatments, but to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, cared for, and nurtured. Every decision—from the services we offer to the way we greet clients—is guided by a deep desire to help others feel confident in their own skin and safe in their own bodies.

It’s that emotional connection and personalized care that sets us apart. When you approach your work with empathy, people can feel the difference—it’s not just about skincare, it’s about soul care. And in return, that trust and loyalty from clients becomes the foundation of lasting success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Skin Fairy Aesthetics is more than a skincare clinic—it’s a space built on empathy, intention, and transformation. We specialize in results-driven treatments that not only improve skin, but also uplift confidence and change lives. Every facial, every acne bootcamp, every laser session is delivered with the belief that true skincare goes beyond the surface.

What sets us apart is the emotional care behind the clinical results. Our approach is deeply personalized, blending science-backed protocols with a nurturing touch. Clients often tell us they feel *seen* here—not just for their skin concerns, but as whole people. That’s something we take pride in.

Getting to where we are today was far from easy. Like many small business owners, we’ve navigated financial hurdles, staffing changes, and the growing pains that come with scaling a business. But what kept us going was the “why”—the lives we’ve touched, the clients who cry happy tears after clearing their acne, the women who walk out glowing not just on the outside, but on the inside too.

The biggest lesson we’ve learned is that growth happens when you stay grounded in your purpose. There were seasons of doubt, exhaustion, and reinvention—but every challenge strengthened our mission.

What we want the world to know is this: Skin Fairy Aesthetics is built on heart. We’re not here for trends—we’re here for transformation. If you’re ready to feel confident in your skin, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Phoenix for the week, I’d make sure they experienced the perfect mix of relaxation, local flavor, and desert charm—Skin Fairy Aesthetics style.

Day 1: Welcome & Wind Down
We’d start with a warm welcome at Skin Fairy Aesthetics—because what’s a trip without glowing skin? After a treatment, we’d grab a latte and avocado toast at Songbird Coffee & Tea House in Downtown Phoenix for a cozy, artsy vibe. Dinner would be at Cibo, a charming Italian eatery in a restored bungalow with string lights and wood-fired pizza that never disappoints.

Day 2: Shop & Sip
We’d spend the day shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons—a perfect mix of luxury and laid-back desert style. After retail therapy, we’d cool off with dinner and drinks at The Montauk.

Day 3: Nature & Nostalgia
We’d take an early morning hike at Camelback Mountain (or Piestewa Peak if we’re feeling chill). Post-hike, it’s straight to Churn for a scoop of ice cream and nostalgia in one of Phoenix’s cutest dessert spots. Dinner would be tacos and mezcal cocktails at Barrio Café—local, bold, and full of soul.

Day 4: Spa Day & Sunset Vibes
We’d treat ourselves to a staycation at Mountain Shadows Resort in Paradise Valley. A spa day, poolside lounging with mountain views, and a sunset dinner at Hearth ’61—pure Arizona magic.

Day 5: Downtown Explore Day
We’d hit up the Roosevelt Row Arts District for murals, vintage finds, and local vendors. Lunch at Pizzeria Bianco (worth the hype!), followed by matcha and sweets from Novel Ice Cream.

Day 6: Chill & Connect
We’d have a slower day—maybe a little morning yoga or walking around Scottsdale Waterfront, then brunch at The Henry. In the evening, we’d do a wine tasting at Postino Highland before heading back to the resort to watch the stars by the fire pit.

Day 7: Farewell & Favorites
Before they head home, we’d stop by Skin Fairy Aesthetics again for a quick LED glow-up, grab one last coffee at Lux Central, and talk about how Phoenix might just be their new favorite getaway.

This city is full of vibrant energy, natural beauty, and hidden gems. The people are welcoming, the sunsets are unforgettable, and the desert charm is something you feel in your bones. Phoenix is more than a place—it’s an experience.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely—this shoutout goes straight to my incredible clients.

The heart of Skin Fairy Aesthetics beats because of the people who walk through our doors and trust us with their skin, their stories, and their self-confidence. Many of them have been with us through every stage of growth, offering not just their loyalty, but their referrals, feedback, love, and encouragement. They’re more than clients—they’re the soul of this business.

Their support has reminded me time and time again *why* I do what I do. They’ve allowed me to turn my empathy and passion into purpose, and I’m endlessly grateful. Every kind word, every return visit, every shared smile has been a building block in our journey. This shoutout is for them—thank you for letting me care for you, and for helping me grow something truly meaningful.
