We had the good fortune of connecting with Travy Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Travy, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
At Nest Home & Co., one of our core values is social responsibility. We believe every business should be a force for good in its community. We’re passionate about giving back, which is why we regularly host events where a portion of our sales supports incredible local causes. We participate in and donate to charitable initiatives that make a real difference. We also love lifting up fellow entrepreneurs by giving small businesses a space to showcase their products in our store and by featuring them on our social media platforms. And above all, we stay true to what matters most offering exceptional value, genuine kindness, and treating every customer with love and respect.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our slogan is “YOUR HOME YOUR NEST’. Making someone feel at home is what we do. Many design firms out there tell customers what they should have, what is on trend, what are the must-haves. For us, we understand our customer’s style, personality, and help them discover their very own style. We are here to help style a home that is so uniquely theirs.

We are most happy when we see customers coming in and they say they are here because they have had a bad day and they need some cheering up! This is what we are here for! Spreading joy and kindness through beautiful living and genuine human connections.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Sedona and possibly Grand Canyon. We will hike and see the beautiful saguaros and joshua trees. Then old town Scottsdale for some boutique shopping and nice coffee. Last but not least, the desert botanical garden and some nice barbecue at Caldwell or Joe’s Real BBQ.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Shout out to our amazing staff! They make it so coming into our shop where warmth and fuzziness aren’t just feelings, they are part of the experience! Every single one of them are so kind and genuine, they work tirelessly and go above and beyond. They are literally angels on earth! We thank them for their love and how they show up without fail to make our visions and goals of this little shop come to life!
