Hi Tiffany, how does your business help the community?
Our business was founded with a deep commitment to addressing the social impact of homelessness—supporting individuals from all walks of life, including veterans, domestic violence survivors, seniors, and others facing critical housing insecurity. Many of those we serve have experienced unforeseen hardships that led to homelessness, often through no fault of their own.

We are dedicated to creating pathways to affordable housing for people in need, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our work spans across all demographics, with a focus on long-term, sustainable solutions that uplift and empower.

At the heart of our mission is our faith. Our foundation is built on Christ, and it is through His guidance that we serve our community with compassion, dignity, and purpose. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home—and we are here to help make that a reality.

A Life of Service: From Healthcare to Community Empowerment

I’ve been involved in the medical field since the age of 13, and helping others has always been where I’ve felt the strongest sense of purpose. Today, I work as a Medication Aide, continuing my commitment to care and compassion through my professional role.

Alongside my career in healthcare, I’ve also stepped into entrepreneurship with a deep passion for community support. I work closely with individuals on a one-on-one basis, helping them access essential resources, build stability, and thrive in every area of life. Whether it’s healthcare or community outreach, my mission has always been the same: to serve, uplift, and make a lasting impact.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A Perfect Weekend Escape in Arizona

For a refreshing getaway, I often opt to rent an Airbnb—it offers a more personal and comfortable experience, creating the feeling of truly being away from home. My ideal weekend starts with brunch, either enjoyed at the Airbnb or at one of Scottsdale’s many vibrant and stylish brunch spots.

From there, a day trip to Sedona for wine tasting is always a favorite—offering scenic views, boutique vineyards, and a chance to unwind before heading back the next day. Evenings are reserved for good laughs at a local comedy show in Tempe or simply catching up on movies and TV shows we’ve been meaning to watch.

It’s the perfect balance of relaxation, fun, and quality time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, I want to give all glory and thanks to Jesus Christ. He has been with me every step of this journey. Without Him, none of this would be possible. My faith has grown tremendously through this mission to serve my community, and Christ has been at the center of it all—guiding, strengthening, and sustaining me.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Laine and Jay, whom I discovered through TikTok. I worked with others before finding them, but they’ve truly stood out as incredible mentors and trainers. Their guidance has been instrumental in helping me grow—not just personally, but in laying a strong foundation for my business. I thank God for placing them in my life.

To my boyfriend, Richard—thank you for keeping me motivated and always speaking life into me when I needed it most. Your encouragement has meant the world. To my son, Zackariah, thank you for always believing in me and bringing joy to my toughest days. Your laughter and love are my biggest inspiration.

And to my mom, Pauletta, and my sister, Shawna—thank you for walking this journey with me and being there whenever I needed support. Whether it was hands-on help or simply being present, your love has carried me through.

This journey has been full of challenges, but it’s also been full of grace. I’m deeply grateful for every person God has placed along the way.
