We had the good fortune of connecting with Jen Stone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jen, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
At Feng Shui by Jen®, my mission is to help people create environments that support their health, relationships, prosperity, and overall well-being through the authentic practice of Classical Feng Shui. I believe that the spaces we live and work in have a profound influence on the quality of our lives, and when those environments are aligned with natural principles, individuals and organizations are better equipped to thrive.

Beyond private consultations, I am passionate about education. Through workshops, professional training programs, speaking engagements, and my online community, I make the ancient wisdom of Classical Feng Shui accessible and practical for modern living. My goal is to empower people with knowledge so they can make intentional decisions about their homes, businesses, and lives.

I also collaborate with architects, interior designers, builders, and business owners to integrate Classical Feng Shui principles into residential and commercial projects from the beginning of the design process. By combining timeless Eastern wisdom with contemporary architecture and interior design, we create spaces that are not only beautiful but also supportive of productivity, harmony, and long-term success.

Ultimately, the greatest social impact of my work is helping people experience greater balance and resilience. When individuals feel supported by their environment, they often become healthier, more confident, more productive, and more connected to their families, workplaces, and communities. My hope is that each space I help transform creates a positive ripple effect that extends far beyond its walls.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Feng Shui by Jen® was built on a simple belief: our environment has the power to influence every aspect of our lives. While many people associate Feng Shui with décor or symbolism, my work is rooted in authentic Classical Feng Shui and BaZi (Chinese Destiny Analysis)—a sophisticated system that has been studied and practiced for thousands of years. My mission is to bridge these ancient principles with modern architecture, interior design, and lifestyle, helping people create spaces that support prosperity, wellness, meaningful relationships, and long-term success.

What sets my business apart is my commitment to preserving the integrity of Classical Feng Shui while making it accessible and relevant for today’s world. Every recommendation is personalized and based on the unique characteristics of the property, its occupants, and the dimension of time. Rather than following trends or one-size-fits-all formulas, I educate my clients so they understand the “why” behind every recommendation, empowering them to make informed decisions that create lasting results.

My path into this profession was anything but conventional. I earned my degree in Accounting and spent years developing analytical and problem-solving skills before discovering my passion for Classical Feng Shui. That background ultimately became one of my greatest strengths. It taught me to approach Feng Shui with both intuition and logic, allowing me to interpret complex systems with precision while communicating them in a way that clients can easily understand.

Today, I am proud to represent the Raymond Lo School of Feng Shui & Destiny, continuing a lineage dedicated to authenticity, education, and excellence.

Like many entrepreneurs, building this business was not easy. There were seasons of uncertainty, self-doubt, and countless hours invested behind the scenes before others saw the results. I had to earn trust in an industry that is often misunderstood and separate authentic Classical Feng Shui from common misconceptions. I learned that credibility is built through consistency, education, integrity, and genuine care for the people you serve. Every challenge strengthened my resolve and reinforced the importance of staying true to my values rather than following shortcuts or trends.

One of the lessons I value most is that success is not simply measured by business growth. It is measured by impact. Whether I am consulting on a luxury residence, collaborating with architects and designers, teaching future practitioners, or guiding someone through a major life transition using BaZi, my greatest fulfillment comes from seeing people experience greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in their lives.

Looking ahead, I am excited to continue expanding the role of Classical Feng Shui beyond traditional consultations. I believe it deserves a place in conversations about wellness, architecture, workplace culture, leadership, and community development. Through education, speaking engagements, professional training, and strategic collaborations, my vision is to help more people understand that Feng Shui is not about superstition—it is about creating environments that work in harmony with nature to support human potential.

If there is one thing I want people to know about Feng Shui by Jen®, it is that this work is ultimately about service. Every home, business, and client has a unique story, and it is an honor to help create spaces where people can truly flourish. When our environment supports us, we are better equipped to pursue our purpose, strengthen our relationships, contribute to our communities, and leave a positive legacy for future generations.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a friend were visiting me in Scottsdale for a week, I’d want them to experience the perfect blend of luxury, nature, wellness, and the unique energy that makes the Sonoran Desert so special. Arizona has a way of inviting you to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate both its natural beauty and vibrant culture.

Welcome to Scottsdale
We’d settle in with dinner at one of Scottsdale’s exceptional restaurants before strolling through Old Town Scottsdale to explore local boutiques, art galleries, and enjoy the lively atmosphere. It’s the perfect introduction to the city’s charm.

Sunrise & Spa
An early morning hike at Pinnacle Peak would showcase the breathtaking desert landscape, followed by a relaxing afternoon at one of Scottsdale’s world-renowned luxury spas, like Omni or Mountain Shadows. We’d end the evening with rooftop cocktails (i.e., Theo at Global Ambassador or Wrigley Mansion while watching one of Arizona’s unforgettable sunsets.

Art & Architecture
I’d spend the day exploring Scottsdale’s thriving arts scene, including galleries, public art installations, and Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic winter home and architectural school.

Sedona Escape
No visit would be complete without a day trip to Sedona. The stunning red rock formations, scenic drives, and peaceful atmosphere make it one of the most inspiring places in the Southwest. Whether hiking, browsing local galleries, or simply enjoying the landscape, Sedona has a way of helping people reconnect with themselves.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would first like to recognize my teacher and mentor, Grand Master Raymond Lo of Hong Kong, whose dedication to preserving and teaching authentic Classical Feng Shui and BaZi has profoundly shaped my journey. His commitment to honoring these ancient traditions with integrity has inspired the way I practice, teach, and serve my own clients and students today.

I am also deeply grateful to my clients and students, who have entrusted me with their homes, businesses, and personal journeys over the years. Their openness, trust, and willingness to embrace these timeless principles continue to inspire me every day. Watching them create meaningful transformations in their lives is the greatest reward of my work.

Finally, I want to recognize my family and friends for their unwavering encouragement, especially during the seasons of building my business. Entrepreneurship requires resilience, and having a strong support system has allowed me to continue pursuing my mission of bringing Classical Feng Shui into modern homes, workplaces, and communities. Their belief in me has been an invaluable part of my story.
