We had the good fortune of connecting with Vini Singh and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vini, how does your business help the community?
At Ziva Wellness MD, our purpose goes far beyond providing aesthetic and wellness services- we exist to uplift the spirit, health, and confidence of the community we serve by helping individuals feel healthy, confident, and cared for. We provide a supportive space where clients can heal, restore balance, and invest in their well-being. Through personalized wellness services, education, and community outreach, we promote self-care, preventive health, and emotional resilience. By helping people feel their best, we strengthen the overall health and positivity of our community.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Ziva Wellness MD was created to bring a more compassionate, personalized approach to wellness and aesthetics. What sets us apart is our focus on whole-person care—helping clients feel healthier, more confident, and more supported from the inside out.

I’m most proud of building a space where people feel truly seen and cared for. Many clients come to us during times of stress or transition, and helping them restore balance and confidence is incredibly rewarding.

The journey here hasn’t been easy. Starting a business required long hours, resilience, and learning to trust my vision even when challenges arose. With perseverance, support from others, and a commitment to growth, I overcame each hurdle. Along the way I learned the importance of community, self-belief, and staying aligned with my purpose.

What I want people to know is that Ziva Wellness MD is more than a med spa—it’s a place of healing and empowerment. Our mission is to guide individuals toward long-term wellness and help them feel their best in every stage of life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Phoenix for a week, I’d want to give them a mix of nature, food, relaxation, and the unique culture that makes this city special. We’d start with a sunrise hike at Camelback Mountain or Piestewa Peak—there’s nothing like watching the desert light up in the morning. Afterward, we’d grab breakfast at Hash Kitchen for great food and fun vibes.

During the week, we’d explore Old Town Scottsdale, walk through the galleries, and enjoy dinner at The Mission or Olive & Ivy. I’d also take them to Desert Botanical Garden to experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert up close. One evening, we’d catch the sunset at Papago Park—a perfect photo spot and a peaceful way to take in the scenery.

For relaxation, we’d spend a day enjoying local wellness spots, great coffee shops, and maybe a spa service or two. We’d also check out Downtown Phoenix for its art murals, Farmer’s Market, and a night out at Roosevelt Row.

To round out the trip, we’d enjoy a scenic drive to Sedona for a day—beautiful red rocks, energy-filled vortexes, and unforgettable views. It’s one of the most magical places in Arizona and always worth sharing with someone special.

Phoenix has so many hidden gems—amazing food, beautiful nature, great people—and I love sharing the places that make living here so inspiring.
