Meet Allie Aschmann | Certified Hypnotist & Spiritual Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Allie Aschmann and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Allie, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business makes a positive impact by helping people feel more supported, calm, and connected to themselves. When someone works through stress, old patterns, or emotional blocks, it affects how they show up at home, with their kids, at work, and in the community. Healing doesn’t stay in one place; it spreads.
Through hypnosis, coaching, and energy healing modalities, I help people gain clarity, release what weighs them down, and build confidence in who they are. As they feel better, they make better choices, communicate more clearly, and break cycles that may have lasted for years or even generations.
I also share free content and resources online so people can access support even if they’re not ready for a session. A big part of my mission is to make these tools feel approachable and available.
At the end of the day, my work helps people find more peace and purpose in their lives, and when individuals feel more grounded, the world around them shifts too.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
New Leaf Hypnosis is based on the belief that everyone deserves practical tools and deeper insights as they grow. I offer a mix of traditional Wellness Hypnotherapy in addition to Past Life Regression, Light Between Lives, Akashic Records work, Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), and Spiritual Awakening Coaching. What makes my work unique is that it isn’t all mystical. I embrace the spiritual aspect of my practice, but I also provide evidence-based hypnosis that promotes emotional balance, clarity, confidence, and real behavior change.
Many people today are rethinking their beliefs, questioning old systems, and trying to make sense of their inner world in an authentic way. I help bridge that gap. Clients don’t need to choose between logic and intuition; both are welcome here.
I’m proud of the supportive space I’ve created for those going through transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or sensing that something deeper is ready to shift in their lives. Watching clients reconnect with themselves, release long-held patterns, and feel aligned again is the most meaningful part of my work.
If there’s one thing I want people to take away about my brand, it’s this: New Leaf Hypnosis is a place where you can explore your inner world in a grounded and supportive way. Whether through traditional hypnosis or deeper spiritual work, my goal is to make personal growth approachable, meaningful, and transformative.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week, I’d plan a mix of adventure, good food, local favorites, and plenty of relaxing, soul-nourishing moments.
We’d start with a day trip to the Sedona area. We would hike at Bell Rock, soak in the scenery, and end with lunch at Mariposa. Another day would focus on local charm. We would shop for locally crafted items at Ivy & Sage and grab lunch at Liberty Market in downtown Gilbert.
We’d take a full day to travel parts of southern Arizona with a stop at Rooster Cogburn’s Ostritch Ranch to feed the animals, then on to Kartchner Caverns in Benson. After that, we would head to Sierra Vista for dinner at The German Cafe. It’s a hidden gem that never disappoints.
Back in town, we’d wander through local bookstores and enjoy afternoon tea at one of the cute tea houses in the valley.
For some movement and great views, we’d hike A-Mountain at ASU just before sunset to for a great view of the city and our infamous sunsets. One evening we’d get dressed up and watch a Broadway-style show at Gammage.
And, of course, we would include plenty of downtime. We’d relax by the pool, do yoga, catch up, and end the week with a sound bath at a friend’s healing center. It would be the perfect blend of calm and connection.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
In everything I do, even when it’s not easy, I try to approach it with honesty. And the honest answer is that my journey hasn’t been filled with a big team of mentors or a loud cheering section. Choosing this work meant that I was choosing a path that most people in my life didn’t fully understand, and there were times when it felt incredibly lonely.
However, there were bright spots even amidst that loneliness. A few close friends supported me in meaningful ways. They encouraged me to keep going, listened when things felt overwhelming, and reminded me that I was on the right path. Their support, even in small ways, helped me stay grounded. My husband also deserves a mention for always cheering me on, even in the small ways.
I also owe a lot to the teachers and authors who shaped my understanding of healing, consciousness, and transformation. People like Dolores Cannon and the leaders in the BQH community have quietly and steadily guided me, reminding me that this work holds real value and a legacy.
I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge every client who trusted me, especially in the early days. Each session, each review, and each shared breakthrough gave me the courage to grow this business. They helped me believe in myself before I had a larger support system behind me.
So while my path hasn’t included traditional mentorship or a big cheering section, the people who showed up: my friends, my teachers, and my clients have made all the difference. They’re the reason I’m still here doing this work today.
