We had the good fortune of connecting with Rhea Woodruff and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rhea, how does your business help the community?
My business exists to help people function better in their lives emotionally, mentally, and relationally. When people are overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying unresolved stress or trauma, it doesn’t just affect them it impacts their families, their workplaces, and their communities.

Through HH&P Integrative Services, I work with individuals to release patterns that keep them in survival mode and help them build clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. When someone feels grounded and supported internally, they show up differently as parents, partners, employees, and leaders.

The broader impact is that healthier individuals create healthier systems. People communicate better, make clearer decisions, and break cycles that might otherwise continue for generations. That ripple effect is why I do this work because personal healing doesn’t stay personal. It spreads outward.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
HH&P Integrative Services was created out of a desire to help people move beyond overwhelm and survival mode and into clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. I saw firsthand how many people were functioning on the outside while struggling internally, and I wanted to offer support that creates meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary relief.

What sets my business apart is its practical, solution-focused approach. I help clients identify and release patterns that keep them stuck, so they can show up differently in their lives, relationships, and careers. The work is deeply human, but also grounded in tools that support real-world results.

Building HH&P was not easy. Like many women entrepreneurs, I navigated self-doubt, growing pains, and the challenge of building something meaningful while staying aligned with my values. Along the way, I learned the importance of trusting my vision, setting boundaries, and staying committed to work that truly serves others.

What I’m most proud of is the ripple effect this work creates. When individuals heal and feel more grounded, it positively impacts their families, workplaces, and communities. HH&P is more than a business it’s a commitment to helping people function better and live more connected, intentional lives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a close friend were visiting, I’d focus on slowing things down and enjoying the best parts of the area. I love starting the day with a great local coffee spot, then spending time outdoors walking trails, parks, or anywhere you can unplug and reset. There are so many hidden gems here where you can breathe, talk, and actually enjoy being present.

I’d mix in locally owned restaurants, small shops, and places that feel welcoming and community-centered rather than rushed. In the evenings, I’d choose something relaxed good food, good conversation, and maybe live music or a cozy spot to unwind.

What I appreciate most about this area is the balance. You can find connection, creativity, and quiet all in the same weekend, which makes it a great place to recharge and feel grounded.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a shoutout to the mentors, teachers, and clients who have trusted me with their stories and growth. Every person I’ve worked with has reinforced the importance of compassion, resilience, and doing work that truly serves others. Their courage and openness are what continue to shape both my business and my purpose.
