We had the good fortune of connecting with Steven & Alisha Palm and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Steven & Alisha, what is the most important factor behind your success?
We are a husband and wife team and couples love that dynamic! Steve is with the gentlemen at the beginning of the day and Alisha is with the ladies. We come together to shoot the ceremony and reception and couples receive every angle and moment from their wedding day!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We love our couple’s stories. No 2 weddings are alike. We really strive to learn our couple’s stories and be the positive people along their engagement and their wedding day. We were born to get a long with everyone and every personality. So it is easy for us! We go into each wedding as it was our own. We love what we do and it does not seem like a job, but a privilege. We care about each and every person at a wedding day and we hope that is reflected through our thoughtful approaches to our work!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We love showing our friends and family the Tucson area! Everyone is surprised by the beauty and vast landscape of Southern Arizona. We would take our friends up to Madera Canyon for some hiking and wildlife then to Downtown around Congress hotel for some city excitement! Our own backyard is our favorite, so we would wind down at our house for some local beers, pool, hot tub while enjoying the open sky and stars!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our children. As young as they are, they understand what it takes for mom and dad to be successful! They are so patient with us as we work our long days at different venues and long days in the office editing. They are always give us a confidence boost and asking how we composed a certain image. They want to eventually take over the business and make sure the success of our business continues! They are our driving force to be good humans!
