We had the good fortune of connecting with Nadya Ramos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nadya, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is growth–both personal and professional.

I strive to walk into every opportunity with the attitude of a student–prepared to learn and improve.

That is how I have managed to secure over 15 clients in my first year in business as a marketing consultant and service provider.

There is always something to learn from a client or new project. This approach helps me challenge myself and those I collaborate with to show up and do good work no matter the size of the budget or task at hand.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a full-time content creator and content marketing strategist. I am most proud to be part of the progressive change I see in the marketing and advertising industry. There’s a collective effort to bridge the diversity gap in the industry specially now that the big brands have seen it pay it off and directly impact their bottom line. That translates into increased opportunities for underrepresented groups.

I got to where I am today by leading with what moves me. Thanks to that approach I have learned a great deal from others and have expanded my network. It’s not always easy to lead with passion but it has paid off for me in the long run.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
On day 1, I would treat my best friend to a visit to my favorite facial spa in the area, Cecilia Holistic Spa, (https://www.ceciliaholisticspa.com) in Scottsdale. One session with Cecilia will leave my friend feeling rejuvenated and ready to soak up all that The Valley has to offer.

After our pampering session, we would head to one of NoRa Asian Fresh’s locations serving Asian Fusion dishes made fresh to order. My favorite is the Ramen but we would probably order a little bit of everything.

On day 2, we would go out dancing to Club Dwntwn in Phoenix. With 3 rooms, each with its own bar & a different music style, this lively Latin DJ dance club is the perfect place to get our dance on.

On day 3, we would head to one of the hiking trails for some fresh air and a scenic strolls.

We would spend the rest of the trip checking out some of the Latina-owned local shops and coffee spots in the city including The Crafty Chica and Fair Trade Cafe.

In my opinion, one of the best ways to show off the city is to highlight the people and small businesses who make up the fabric of the community.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My work ethic, drive, and resilience comes from how amazing and supportive my family has been throughout this journey.

They help me believe in myself and keep going.
