We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Piekarski and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jordan, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Real Estate has allowed me to explore many interests of mine. My business is dedicated to helping people find their dream homes and sell their current homes. I am not only a REALTOR®, but I am here to counsel my clients through one of the biggest decisions. Being able to accurately give guidance about the market is vital so I am constantly researching and learning.

I am also on the board of Real Women in Real Estate – Scottsdale, which is a global women’s networking group that aims to connect and inspire women in the real estate industry. Being a part of this group has allowed me to connect with others in my community and support one another. I am also very creative and I get to use my creativity to promote home sales, educate homeowners on the current housing market, and be a source of information.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Since becoming a REALTOR® I have found out so much about myself and I still have a long way to go. What sets me apart from others is my persistence, authenticity, and marketing. I pride myself on my business being relationship based and I strive to put the needs of my clients first. I have drive, motivation, excellent communication, and I am very fluent with social networking, which is key to gaining brand awareness. I started my business right out of college because I liked the idea of not putting a limit on the potential for my career. The more effort I put in and the harder I work, the greater the results. I have gotten where I am today from waking up and surrounding myself with people that inspire and motivate me. Not everyday has been easy, but focusing on my goal and remembering why I do what I do keeps me going.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my friend was coming into town, I would have to take her to some of my favorite spots in Scottsdale/Phoenix. First we would stop into one of my favorites, Flower Child, for a light and. healthy meal. We would also have to make a stop into Central Phoenix and visit some of the best trendy spots. Some places would include Palma for drinks and appetizers then Cham Pang Lanes for bowling and Angels Trumpet for dinner. While in Phoenix I would need to take my friend to a Suns basketball game because they are too fun. If we’re down in Old Town Scottsdale, we would go The Beverly for drinks and appetizers, Toca Madera for a dinner, and I would have to leave the rest of the night a surprise. I would suggest we go hiking on one of the many trails that Arizona has to offer. I am also a frequent shopper at Fashion Square, so I would make sure to take her to Zara. I am always looking for new places to go with my friends and Scottsdale is always coming with good ones. I could go on and on about all the good places to go here, but those are some of my staples.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My success is stemmed from the unconditional love and support from my family. I am fortunate that they see something in me to encourage me to follow my heart and work towards my goals. I also have many agents at my office to thank for showing me the ropes and taking time to teach me. The knowledge and  strategies that they share is priceless.
