Meet Bryan Viellion | Director of Brand Expansion – Sip Elixirs

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryan Viellion and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryan, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
Get up and go to work everyday. I believe leadership is about actions and not words. As parents, we are our kids first “leaders” and I think showing them the importance of hard work is an important lesson.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sip Elixirs is a cannabis beverage sold in dispensaries in Arizona, Nevada, and California. I joined Sip almost 2 years ago. My brother started the company and asked me to help him grow it to other markets. Prior to joining him. I was an attorney practicing in the area of cannabis law. I knew cannabis would be a market that would continue to grow as more and more states passed laws making it legal, either medicinally or recreationally.

Pivoting in a career is never easy. However, the decision to work in the cannabis industry has been extremely rewarding. We have grown Sip to 3 states which is challenging since laws require production of Sip to be done in the state in which it is sold. We have been very lucky that Sip has been extremely well received in each market. All types of cannabis consumers, from novices to experienced consumers, enjoy Sip’s great tasting flavors and big effects. I feel a tremendous sense of pride and joy when people tell us that they enjoy our beverages. Sip is the fastest growing cannabis beverage in Arizona, and we are very thankful for the love and support the Arizona cannabis community has shown to us.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I travel to Phoenix myself, so I would love to be shown around by someone with more knowledge than me of the best local spots to go to.  I do enjoy going to sporting events in Phoenix. I love spring training and the Waste Management Open. I like to golf and Phoenix has some of the most amazing courses.  Would probably spend a day or two golfing at Troon or Raven. Then catch a Suns game at the Footprint Center.  Probably hit up Hanny’s before the game.  I would have to take my friend up north to the Grand Canyon for a hike.  Of course, we would have to stop by one of Arizona’s many fine dispensaries beforehand to get some Sip – nothing better than sippin’ in nature!! Honestly, there are so many wonderful things to do in Arizona – 1 week isn’t long enough!!

There are too many people to name. Business is all about relationships, and I have been lucky to cultivate many relationships with many wonderful people over the years. I couldn’t possibly name them all here, so I will just say that thank you to them all!
