Meet Alex De Lucio | Managing Partner & Attorney

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex De Lucio and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alex, what do you attribute your success to?
There is no substitute for hard work, but I would say networking and the ability to make friends. I think it is important to have people in your corner wanting you to succeed. Building a network allows you to have more options and resources to better serve your clients. I have always believed in the motto “Be kind and stay humble.” If you are kind, people will want you to succeed and if you stay humble, nobody will try to knock you down.
What should our readers know about your business?
I own and run a personal injury law firm in Phoenix. We really believe in that personal touch we give our clients. Every case matters and every client is a person having to endure a tough moment in their life. Here at De Lucio & Associates we care deeply about our clients and their well being. We strive to/and deliver excellent results and there is no greater pleasure than seeing a satisfied client.
Business wise it was a long journey. Out of law school I was not certain what area of the law I wanted to go into. I have a couple of friends named Barry Wagner and Mike Morgan that really introduced me into the personal injury scene. I loved it immediately as I thought I could make a difference in people’s lives and I enjoyed the work. I am excited to wake up and go to work every morning. It was a difficult road, but with the help of friends, family, mentors and my wonderful staff, we have grown and are thriving.
I have learned that hard-work is often not enough. You have to have the right people around you and a support structure to really thrive in this business.
I would like the world to know that De Lucio & Associates stands for fighting for the people. We want to make sure that every client get the result they deserve and know they have us fighting hard on their side to achieve that result.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to some of my favorite restaurants like Maple & Ash, Toca Madera, Ocean 44 and Mastro’s City Hall Steakhouse. I would also take them for drinks at the entertainment district whether that be Casa Amigos, Bottled Blonde, HIFI, Cake, the W, The Beverly, El Hefe or Riot House, there is something for everyone and the staff at each location is welcoming and take excellent care of you.
I also think the beauty of Sedona is not to be missed. A day excursion to Sedona would definitely be on the list for any guest. We also have beautiful resorts in Phoenix/Scottsdale with wonderful Spas and Pools.
Finally, I would also check out some of Arizona’s amazing golf courses and amazing landscapes.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Definitely my parents. They have always supported me in all my endeavors no matter what they had to sacrifice and endure. I would not be in the position I am now without them.
