We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracy Battaglia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tracy, what do you attribute your success to?
Hard work, solid brand core values, systems, a fluid mindset, continued education, consistency and kindness to each and every client. It’s never one thing and there are more but these are the most important factors.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
1. What Sets You Apart From Others? I truly believe that what sets us apart from others most is simply ourselves and who we are. We are unique people with unique set of personalities and skills. Letting my personal story, character/personality become a part of my brands and even fuel them has had everything to do with why and how I am where I am today.

2. What Are You Most Proud Of?
I am most proud of the hard work, reliance and dedication I’ve put not only into Finding Joy Consulting but my other companies (Fully Alive Photography, Fully Alive Events (under the compass of Fully Alive Creative LLC) as well.

1. Please tell us more about your business.
Hello I am Tracy Battaglia & I am the owner and founder of 3 small business under the umbrella of Fully Alive Creative LLC. Fully Alive Photography, Finding Joy Consulting, and Fully Alive Events. All of my creative companies are dedicated to helping others find joy and live fully alive! Today I was asked to share more about the consulting agency: Finding Joy Consulting.

Finding Joy Consulting is a coaching & consulting agency focused on empowering people to launch or elevate their small business/brand. I do this with my hands-on launch course (how to practically start a small business – all the foundations you need!) interactive workshops & custom consulting (learn boundaries, balance, story branding, systems, whatever you need help with), gorgeous eye catching websites & brand strategy, and content creation (photography & micro videography).

2. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others-
I truly believe that what sets anyone apart from others most is simply ourselves… We are unique people with unique story, personalities and skills. 3. What Are You Most Proud Of?
I am most proud of the hard work, reliance and dedication I’ve put not only into Finding Joy Consulting. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart and many people glamour it and put this life on a pedestal. However it’s incredibly challenging and you have to take risks, be incredibly determined and self – discipled, humble, and hard working and so much more to succeed.

4. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
The journey has never been easy but I love a good challenge, and I’ve always known that if I just keep “swimming” I’ll get where I want to go. I hit 16 years as an entrepreneur/small business owner in 2022, first as a photographer (Fully Alive Photography) fresh out of art school with a film degree, then adding micro-event services (Fully Alive Events) and then in 2020 launching myself into the consulting/coaching world (Finding Joy Consulting). It was NEVER easy, but practice does make perfect in some ways and you learn helpful habits, fall into rhythms and grow! Every year my career has gotten easier in ways or at least more natural! As I master my skills and also challenge myself to keep growing, every year becomes more fulfilling and I experience deeper satisfaction in my journey. I overcame the challenges by practicing self-care, healthy bounderies, failing forward, self-love, a fluid mindset and just never giving up. As I look back at the last 1.5 decades of my life and I’m so glad I never gave up and showed up EVERY single day with everything I had! I had no idea my film degree would take me here.

5. What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way.
I have learned that loving yourself and setting up healthy boundaries is crucial to success and avoiding burnout. You only live once, so give it all you have. Love yourself and out of that love others. Find joy, grace, peace, patience, kindness, self control and above all love. You know the classic fruits of the spirit hold all the wisdom. I live my life & operate my business the best I can out of these beliefs.

6. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I want others to know that I LOVE them. I am HERE for them. We are on this journey together and they don’t have to be alone and/or hide who they are! They can find joy & come alive with me! If I can make that journey and success rate easier for at least one other entrepreneur it was all worth it. I’m proud and overwhelmed to say that I’ve not only launched my 3 companies in the past 16 years- but educated, launched, or rebranded 20 OTHERS’ brands & companies with them over just the past 2 years!!!!

What a joy to change the lives of hard-working people who are determined to pave their own paths. I can’t believe that I get to be a part of that adventure with them and help them succeed at it! I LIVE for this.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One day I would take them to visit Tonto by Saguaro Lake! There is a breathtaking view of a million cacti on the highway as you round the bend and enter the national forest. We could rent a boat at the marina too! Another day we would rise with the sun for a hot air ballon ride then visit the Scott Resort & Spa for a day pass to enjoy the pool and yummy restaurant! The next day let’s visit Schmooze -my friend Tony is the phenomenal chef there and the patio is dog friendly! We would then hop over to my friend Lanna’s nail salon “Pampr’d Soul” for a mani-pedi! I’m running out of days… but essentially you get the point, I love nature, beautiful experiences, adventure, and good food!

I would love to dedicate this shoutout to all the clients who invested in me, my family & friends who believe in and value me day after day, year after year!
