Meet King Gabriel | Creative Director & Songwriter

We had the good fortune of connecting with King Gabriel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi King, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I believe Creating is powerful. I enjoy being a Creative director/Songwriter because it puts a smile on my face when realizing what I could create. Ever since I was a kid, I was always inspired by what I could do with my own mind. My first time being exposed to creativity was drawing from landscapes, cartoons, to portraits. It was always exciting when I finished a drawing. Another example is learning my journey to be a songwriter. Over the years, I took the time to master my talents and develop skills that would overall better my own quality of life. I learned that if I give my fullest to any space I want to be apart of, I can succeed. When experiencing a world filled with incredible ideas created by humans, I pursued an creative career to be someone to remembered in history.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
From being an portrait artist in my teens to transitioning into a songwriter then becoming a Creative Director with my own team is an unique experience. In 2018, my single landed on the biggest hip-hop station in my hometown Kansas City, Hot 103 Jamz. It allowed me to fully develop as an artist by applying what I have learned and gain networks I’ve never had before. I learned that consistency and keeping focused will give you a great foundation to build your own empire. Over time, I was able to meet like minded people who believe in what we create. In early 2022, we created Rogue Lane Mafia (#RLM) to give a creative a full team that will help provide meaningful services for any creative ideas.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am originally from Kansas City, so I’m still exploring many different places in Arizona. I love trying new food! Some places I like to eat at Ainsworth, Hulas Modern Tiki, and for wings ATL Wings. I enjoy going to events here whether it is first fridays to concerts. It is always something going on!

I would love to shout out my production team Rogue Lane Mafia. We have services from Photography to Music Production. Also, shout out to Mazeraa a clothing brand promoting Luxury Lifestyle of Health, Wealth, and Fashion.
