What habits do you feel helped you succeed?

There is a wealth of research that indicates that certain habits can help increase your productivity, creativity, and/or drive. So, we thought we’d reach out to respected members of our community and ask them what habits they feel helped them succeed.

Gratitude is the life hack. I have used gratitude to aid me in so many ways. There were moments in my journey where I could only focus on lack; some area of my brand or myself just wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I was at a point where I needed a mental shift. I started a gratitude journal February 2020. It was the consistent focus on gratitude that created a paradigm shift. Being in gratitude helped me to stay focused on positive outcomes created through the synergy of discipline, faith, and creativity. Read more>>

Healthy habits that lead to success is being able to have a mindset that is determined, persevering, and self-disciplined when dealing with unknown factors. Having a good routine is essential to be productive and achieve your goals. Since I chose to live a life outside the conventional box, I start each day with three actions: meditation, yoga or training, and reading. Meditation helps me to be present in the here and now, and to let go of all the accumulated stress; it is also in this moment that I clarify the objectives of the day.
