We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Malone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
In Spark, The Secret Place, the mission is to build a community of people who become the highest version of themselves. At a fundamental focus, we are committed to helping people identify the origin of their programming so they can find and remove those things which block them from living into the highest version of themselves. By doing so, they find their unique purpose in the world, begin to operate out of a place of love and peace, and in turn, bring more of heaven to earth. We do this by working 1-on-1 with individuals as well as creating a community that becomes a sort of fire that lights the world up. We have helped thousands of people not only reach goals, but discover their power within, take ownership of their life, and heal long lasting wounds that have harmed or held them back in the past. Because of this, the world benefits when more people are living into their power and purpose.

What should our readers know about your business?
Creating what is known today as Spark has been beautiful, easy and extremely difficult all at the same time. The difference between Spark and other practices or fields is the level of skill, talent, and amount of deep deep transformational stories being told about people’s experience. We do not follow in the box thinking because we are PEOPLE centered and the intuitive methods being used and taught in my practice are what sets us apart. We are OBSESSED with people.

I have learned countless lessons including the “how” is almost never what you expect it to be on the way to the “what”. You must always remain flexible in your approach. Don’t get caught up in numbers when you are serving people. Everyone is at their own place and this is perfect. Team is everything, you are not an empire without a strong team. I have also learned that life is not my business. Life is many things, but it’s not ALL my business.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about Spark it’s that EVERYONE needs it. Everyone will benefit from the practices, methodologies, and people of Spark. I want the world to know that we ARE the fire, and if you get close enough…you will be sparked!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Some of the most fun and exciting things to do are almost always outdoors. I live in Arizona where there is a different hiking spot for every day of the week. I would take them to a nice restaurant where we could actually converse and get intimate with a beautiful view overlooking the red rocks. We would make plenty of plans to hike the trails. I would relax with them in the hot tub and maybe even go to a spa. I would practice stillness and meditations with them and allow them to feel free and peaceful in their time spent with me. I’d also like connection with groups so most likely we would go out on a night to let loose and have a good time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My entire journey would not be possible without the core and loyal people in my life like my father, Sammi (my right hand), Jacque, and many others along the way. I also attribute my own rise to my mentors and people like Dr Wayne Dyer, Dharius Daniels, Tony Robbins, Brendan Burchard, Ram Dass, Alan Watts to name a few!
