We had the good fortune of connecting with Adylia-Rhenee Gutierrez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adylia-Rhenee, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Youthful ignorance lol. I created the concept of Yhorlife while I was at Business School because yes I saw a gap in the market but also because I wanted to prove a point to my dad. I didn’t see or believe in risk or failure. I knew I had a good idea and went full speed ahead.

What should our readers know about your business?
Yhorlife is 1 stop shop for wellness, interviews, community, positivity, health coaching and more. All curated by the Yhorlife team.

No! Yhorlife was created 10 years ago when the idea of self-improvement, mental well being and wellness was not popular in our society. There was always a niche but it wasn’t as mainstream as we’ve seen since the pandemic.

Yhorlife was created to take the stigma away that wellness, positivity, and health coaching is a luxury reserved for the few. We offer premium products and services but at an accessible price.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Okay so when my best friend and I get together we love to do relaxing things.

So first of course we’d start everyday me making cafecito.

Then shopping- drive to Scottsdale Quarter or biltmore

Then a few days in Sedona hiking and recharging.

Honestly we usually talk so much so just hanging at my place talking and relaxing.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family. My dad for pushing me and giving me the spark to create Yhorlife. My mom for guiding me and managing my expectations when I’m hard on myself. My aunt for cheering me up. My brother for seeing where I wanted it to go and taking on the role of co- CEO.
