Hi Amanda, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I decided to take the route of a creative career due to the fact that honestly anything creative makes me happy, and why not choose a career that allows me to do such things that lead to happiness. This type of career path also allows me tell stories that are very meaningful to me and help others tell their own stories. Being artistic and creative truly feels like my safe space and it allows us to all speak about issues and topics dear to our heart.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is known as Wan Media, which is a digital agency passionate about bringing your brand vision to life through content strategy and marketing. I offer video and audio editing, social media management and content strategy.

I’m most excited about the particular niche I’m going down, as I have a focus on lifestyle, small businesses along with podcasts!

Something I’ve had to learn along the way is taxes, as they are super confusing along with your journey is YOUR journey, and it will never resemble anyone elses. We must stop comparing ourselves and our businesses, and focus on our own.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Natalie Barbu is someone who I’ve looked up to for years, and now have the pleasure of also working with in my freelance journey! Natalie is the definition of business woman with her content creator career path, along with being the CEO & Founder of the startup, Rella. I’ve been able to learn so much from Natalie, she shares so much knowledge on Youtube, she is truly someone who wants to share her thoughts and knowledge with the world and see everyone succeed.
