We had the good fortune of connecting with Andria Parra and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andria, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Our business helps the community by not only discounting essentials that families need but by also donating often. We choose a charity every month to support and also have a BinLyfe community page where customers can let us know about their needs and also promote their small Businesses! We launched binlyfe right when the “lockdown” happened so we created a positive pivot by simply asking ourselves what do people need right now and how can we serve?

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Binlyfe is an on line live platform for purchasing big box retail items at discounted prices. We are overstock partners with target, Walmart, bed Bath, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, and even Costco! We have a unique approach to presenting items to our community and customer base by going live on Facebook and breaking down pallets right off of the truck with pure and utter excitement to the viewers and ourselves as we discover amazing treasures at our discounted prices! Our business model supports half off or more and we carry and receive items that you would literally find in these retail stores at the exact same time that we have them available for less! We take pride in supporting our communities and families by donating to causes every single month, by allowing moms and children and even sports teams to volunteer to raise money for their tournaments, and always strive to help others that are willing and trying to already help themselves! There have been many challenges along the way and just within the past couple of months have I truly learned to have certainty and confidence in the unknown, and have learned by looking back that we were destined to be here because of our level of service and the community that we have created. I have learned so many lessons especially people that wanted to partner with us but didn’t want to put in the hard work. As Henry Ford once said opportunity is often disguised in overalls and hard work! And the dedication and commitment and hard work that we have devoted to Binlyfe has proven to be well worth any investment of time, effort, and energy that we have put in. Work life balance has always been a struggle because we are so integrated and blended with life, family and community; so we continue to ensure our level of service and family unity amongst people in need and just to share and give. This gives some semblance of balance back. If I was to say one piece of advice or one thing I would want the world to know about Binlyfe or about us; it would be to never give up on your dreams. You are never too young or too old to accomplish anything in life that you want! And it all starts with a vision and a dream. One of the most wonderful things that I have added into my daily mantras is daily meditation and manifestation. It is a simple 15 minute ritual where I am focusing on how I want things to be versus how they were or what problems need to be solved. My piece of advice to everyone that is in the problem-solving stage every day; if you stay in the problem-solving stage it will always stay the same. Focus on the end result of what you want versus how to fix what it is and everything will continue to fall into place. There are many challenges along the way they show up in many shapes and sizes. But that is life as a whole not just business. So you determine and decide how you want to show up every day and remain victorious and everything that you do. Everything that comes your way is either a lesson or a gift; so tackle each incident and situation with dedication and desire to win and Your outlook on everything can and will change!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh my gosh! I totally love this question! The thing that I would always do for someone that is visiting is take them to Sedona! I would love for them to eat at some of the really cool restaurants up there that are owned by Lisa Dahl. But before heading up there, we would hit a couple of small spots in the heart of phoenix like Fuego inside the Clarendon or Pizza heaven bistro. Anything to support small and local business is a must!!! Feeling the true culture of phoenix through the historic District downtown and maybe take them to a first Friday!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My wife, Sonia for always supporting our dreams, trusting the process and taking the leap of faith me with to launch BinLyfe!

Our first marketing guy, Patrick Whalen, who encouraged us to go live on Facebook before it was a “thing”.

My motivation and principles stem from Tony Robbins foundation and where I have learned the greatest let’s to life and business! The secret to living is giving! One of the greatest takeaways from his business mastery seminar is “winter is our season!” Which is an analogy used when it seems things are desolate or difficult, barren; to bear down and find the opportunity to serve. Where Binlyfe had originally planned to be a bin store; we shifted with COVID to serve our communities with great value, essential products; great prices and service!

I also want to add that there is not any of this that could not have been done without the wonderful staff that started as simply a customer and has become family. From our growth and setbacks from them volunteering their time, their lives and their efforts. I am forever grateful and will never forget everyone along the way that has made a difference. Whether it’s a negative or a positive difference it is a lesson. And it’s exactly how the journey and roadmap was designed. It’s on you as the person and the journeyman to determine how you show up! Thank you so much for the privilege to share just snippets of our story and we look forward to seeing you on one of our live sales!
