We had the good fortune of connecting with Angel Jenneford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angel, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my own business has been something I’ve wanted to do for many years. However, I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted to do. As I began to pray annd seek guidance about this I was given clarity. From that moment I knew aesthetic nursing was going to be my journey. The passion I immediately had to learn about aesthetic treatments and skincare was mind blowing. I signed up for my first Botox training class, and from there I knew “this is it”. It was never about money but more about finding my purpose as a registered nurse.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a registered nurse that run and operate a medical spa. Although aesthetic practices have gained much popularity over the years, what sets me apart is my genuine passion for what I do, even if I didn’t earn a single scent from it, I would still be just as committed. I love being a part of someone’s journey to feel and look their best. As well as the cutting edge science behind aesthetics treatments and that is what drives me every day.

I am most proud and excited to see how far Adonai Aesthetics grows. Being able to see the seeds that I have planted one day become a tree that bears good fruit-priceless.

My business journey hasn’t been a long one, but I’ve gotten to this point in my career through mentorship’s, countless trainings, and setting realistic goals. I read and study a lot from learning the business, marketing, as well skills sets. Although I love this journey I will say it’s not an easy one. It’s takes a lot of time, effort, long hours and money but when passion and drive supersedes, the rest doesn’t matter.

Some lessons I’ve learned along the way are to be diligent, consistent, move with integrity, and stay in the lane you’ve been given. It’s really easy to feel like you’re behind. Social media gives the illusion that everything is happening over night when it’s not. So many people that we look up to have done it or been in practice for years, have taken several loses etc but all we see are the wins. It’s important to celebrate every win from the tiny ones to the larger ones.

What I want the world to know about me is that I’m deeply committed to learning, enhancing patient care, safety, and providing beautiful natural results to each of my patients through my aesthetics treatments.

My brand was built on the belief that every individual deserves to feel confident in their own skin, and that confidence should come from a place of health and empowerment, not unrealistic beauty standards or that one size fits all approach. Finally, Adonai Aesthetics is here to stay. And when God orders your steps you will always be on the right path.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m such a home body but something I do enjoy is driving up to Sedona. A day trip up there is always fun and feels like a little reset from the everyday grind. Some places to eat would be Tia Carmen, Flower Child, Ocotillo, Hot n Juicy Crawfish and the Global Ambassador. Some places that would be on the itinerary depending on the season would be a D-Backs game, hiking on Camelback mountain, the Botanical Gardens, and hitting the water at Lake Pleasant.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would first like to thank God for allowing me to trust him in this process. Taking that leap of faith into the unknown was not easy. My husband Joseph, and my children Amir, Ariana and Timia for their unwavering support as I juggle so many roles. To all the fellow nurse injectors that have provided me a community of support and education I would not be here if it weren’t for you guys. Last but not least to my family and friends that encouraged me and told me that I could do this no matter what. I’m forever grateful for you!
