We had the good fortune of connecting with Caitlin Cullipher and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Caitlin, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My decision to start my own business was fueled by a deep-seated passion for serving others and making a meaningful impact. As a highly self-motivated individual, I have always been driven by the desire to create solutions that address real needs and bring people together. I recognized an opportunity to leverage my skills and experience to build a community-centric platform that fosters collaboration, growth, and innovation. This entrepreneurial journey has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to channel my energy and creativity into something that not only serves others but also aligns with my core values and aspirations.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My journey has been marked by challenges, but I believe that’s where the beauty lies. Just as iron sharpens iron, I’ve been molded and shaped by the hardships I’ve faced. These experiences have forged a resilience and determination in me that set me apart.
I am driven by a passion for success and a commitment to excellence. Once I set my mind to something, I pursue it with unwavering grit. This tenacity has been instrumental in my professional growth.
What I’m most proud of is how these experiences have shaped both my personal and professional life. They have instilled in me a deep appreciation for the journey and a relentless drive to achieve my goals. Each day showing up with a growth mentality and asking myself “How can I make today better than yesterday?”
I want the world to know that my success is a testament to the power of perseverance and the strength that comes from embracing challenges. My story is one of dedication, hard work, and an unyielding belief in the potential for greatness that lies within each of us. My work reflects that.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am truly blessed to have been surrounded by top-performing sales professionals from a young age. My mentor, Blake Clark, a prominent figure in real estate, has been instrumental in shaping my local success. His guidance and support have been invaluable. Additionally, I am constantly inspired by influential speakers such as Alex and Leila Hormozi, whose insights have profoundly impacted my approach to business. Books like “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie have also played a significant role in my personal and professional development. Each of these individuals and resources has contributed significantly to my journey, and I am deeply grateful for their influence.
