We had the good fortune of connecting with Cary-anne Hornsey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cary-anne, how do you define success?
Success to me is based on how much joy I feel in each moment and the results that my clients obtain. I check in with myself regularly to ensure I am enjoying my work and if not, what is it that is not fulfilling me and what can I do about it. If money is rolling in, but I’m not feeling joy, then I don’t count that as success, as I made a promise to myself several years ago when I left the corporate world that I would never do anything just for money again, it has to also bring me joy….. .

As I watch the transformations in my clients, as I see them open their voices and make themselves heard, or start their own business, or leave behind circumstances that are not beneficial to them, whatever the desired outcome, I feel successful observing their growth. As my clients grow, I grow too. With this work we all get transformation!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business has been evolving with me and as such is multifaceted. I started off working in Experiential Healing which is a type of healing where we unlock memories, from this lifetime or another, using breathwork and visualisation and I guide clients through the experience to release trauma that was stuck in their DNA negatively effecting their lives. I soon realised that to receive these visions and help people through them I only needed a conversation with them. So I started my own brand of Intuitive Guidance which is powerful and transformative. This is a talking therapy, via video call, where we delve deep into what is going on in people’s lives and I guide them to clear blockages that are holding them back. We do this using several tools, such as conscious breathing, meditation, changing behaviours and rewiring the programming in the brain. Results are very quick, with most blockages starting to clear within the first session.

I offer an intensive Pranayam Breathwork course where I teach people breathing techniques for their health and emotional wellbeing, but it is much more than that. We are often surrounded by the loving support of the ancestors with channelled information coming in to support the journey. If you can master your breath you can master everything in life, such as stress and pain. I love to see clients with physical illnesses and chronic pain, realise that they are in control of their symptoms rather than the other way round.

I have enjoyed offering breathwork and sound healing at various festivals and event, and running retreats and circles for women in various global locations.

As my connection to nature has deepened, I have brought this into my work. I still use all of the above techniques but now bring in ceremony and support from nature and the elements into my work. I teach people to remember their magic and how to live symbiotically with nature in a sacred manner. All of these elements are rolled into one in my signature programme “Reclaim Your Divine Essence”, where I teach people how to commune with the elements and call on them to aid in their transformation work.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My complete life transformation came when my friend Mia passed away. Her passing opened up all my senses and allowed me to be truly aware of my gifts. I started meditating and receiving direct downloads from source. It’s been a journey since with help from many people but she gifted me something very precious when she passed, the ability to see myself.
