Meet Cheyanne & Lateka James & Curtis Bradford | Founder & Co-Founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cheyanne & Lateka James & Curtis Bradford and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cheyanne & Lateka, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
I would say most people are not aware of the time and effort it takes to build relationships with other business owners while trying to build your non-profit. Also the amount of support each stepper needs in and out of practice or on and off the stage!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Stepping is the upmost unique form of Art.Step isn’t like any other sport you are using your body as an instrument to make your own beat ! What sets apart from anybody else is that we are actually intuned with our students everyday life ! Pretty Precise is not all about Stomping , Clapping , and dancing all the time! We really get down with our girls it’s a sisterhood and a safe place ! We Support them through mental health and education, along with a bunch of other things ! We’ve gotten we are today by staying active in our community , supporting school snd the non-profit organizations, also frequently attending networking events. Lessons that we’ve learned along the way is to stay true to our craft and being consistent in our focus to serve and better the community. We would love to world to know That Pretty Precise Step Team is here , we are here to support minority at risk youth and we are also here to serve and support our community

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For Starters We Would Take Them To I would take them to Westgate because you have different varieties of food, drinks , clubs and fun entertainment.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to shoutout a couple of our board members and sponsors : Adrian Trice ( DNA Finacials x Pretty Precise Treasurer) , Michael Berry ( Pretty Precise Board Member ) Annette Yates ( Studios @ Setay Dance Studio) Angie Crowds ( Fly Residential HealthCare) Ayanna Hawkins and Mainly Our Stomp Squad who have supported us since the very first day
