We had the good fortune of connecting with Christopher Dash and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christopher, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To look at me, I a quiet person. With that being said, I have so much to say and express. I believe everyone’s has something to say and be told. My thought was everything should be on a Tee… within reason lol. That’s what got me started.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’ve said this before but I believe everyone has a story to tell. I want to be the one to help with that. For a long time, I felt as though I didn’t have a voice. I felt suppressed and silenced. Once I found my way out of it, I decided to help others like me. I was determined to show them that what they had to say matters. It also needed to be heard. There is someone, waiting on that word.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love food. I would take them to the locally on eatery’s where I live. I love to drive so, we’d drive all the interesting attractions my state has to offer, especially the historic ones. I’d also take them to my fortress of solitude. It the music department on the university campus. They have rooms with pianos in it. I play. In my view, you’ll meet some of the most interesting ppl over a meal. I usually make the most meaningful and fun connections in regards to food. I am a foodie lol.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My daughter Keyani. She’s the reason why I do what I do. I want to leave a legacy for her. I want to leave an example for her.
