We had the good fortune of connecting with Cordaé & Diamond and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cordaé & Diamond, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
We both know firsthand what it’s like to move to a new state, knowing little to no one and making a name for yourself. We created LondonAmoré to give our growing clientele an intimate & luxury experience. Our objective is to collaborate with creative & like-minded individuals who share the same core values in servicing others.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The journey wasn’t easy. We are most proud of our growth throughout the past 4 years. After working in multiple salons and dealing with unsatisfying experiences we decided to collab and work together to create a salon experience that people would love. LondonAmoré hair studio was then created! For 1 year we occupied a small, corner, salon suite. The pandemic happened and we were temporarily forced to close our salon doors. While in lockdown we decided to move to a different location that would allow us to expand and cater to both our & our clients’ needs. What started as a single suite in a new location, quickly turned into a double suite (at the same location). As our families grew, so did business and the need for more space. After upgrading to a double suite for 2 more years, clientele grew, business needs evolved & the desire to run a full-service salon changed from a dream to an obtainable necessity. We then began our search for a Brick & Mordor. By the grace of God & after a few minor setbacks, the perfect location became available!
In March of 2023 we officially acquired our 1st building. LondonAmoré hair studio then became LondonAmoré The Salon.

It is our vision to offer nothing less than a luxury, professional, respectful, clean & positive experience to everyone who steps foot inside our establishment.

As we continue to grow it is our mission
to leave a positive imprint on our community and those who look like us. We strive to hire like-minded individuals in hopes to build a POWER team that consists of talented, beautiful & goal-driven individuals.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our children. When we first discussed the idea of having a salon we both agreed that our reason why was our only daughters (at the time). We wanted to show them what a strong woman looks like. Encourage them to chase their dreams and prove to them that it is possible to be your own boss, if they choose. LondonAmoré The Salon is a combination of “London” (Diamonds daughter) and “Amorè” (Cordaes daughter)

From those 2 names..LondonAmoré, The place of love was created. We owe our biggest thanks to them.
