Meet Covein McGinnis | Underground Hip Hop/Alternative Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Covein McGinnis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Covein, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I am pursuing an artistic and creative career because I will never fall under an agenda nor let my image or message be pushed under another, being creative and original is one of the greatest strengths an artist in any form can hold and I wanna influence others to do so.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m different from others because I care. I care about the scene, I care about the people and I care about the art. It was not easy to get to the point i’m at right now but that was expected. Overcoming challenges should be something everyone needs to learn, it only prepares you for the future, I’ve learned that you have to get out there and make a name and presence of energy for yourself if you want the time to be right, and I want the world to know that when it’s Vein’s time to lead a movement, No one else will do it like me.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would definitely be eating “Raising Canes” and “Fuzzy’s Tacos” all day every day. Shoutout to them for real! I’d also take them to Jerome, AZ, I think the most interesting and fun things to do are take road trips with friends, take photos, and ghost hunt, I love paranormal shit haha

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Big shoutout to my brothers “XOROCKO” and “COLOUROM” and our clique “Sabbath Cult” they take care of me and keep me going through any obstacle, I look at them as family, I will make sure all of our goals are reached in this lifetime.
