Hi Deidre, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
We are a family owned business and our thought process behind starting our own business was that we truly love being able to offer an amazing service and product directly to the community while connecting with the locals and all that that entails. We enjoy having customers continue to shop with us for 15 or more years in our retail showroom and we especially love when we do multiple weddings in a family or do a baby shower for a couple we married. There is just something so special about getting to know your clients the way we do and I think it only comes from being a locally owned smaller business. I am also on the board of WIPA , the wedding international professional association as their community outreach person which keeps me involved with local charity work and interacting with the community while strengthening the presence of our industry here in Phoenix.

What should our readers know about your business?
Readers should know that we have a crew of certified designers and master florists with a wide variety of design strengths. We pride ourselves on being able to offer an array of designs from high style to desert elegance to traditional , we offer high quality product and love a design challenge. We offer an array of services including: fresh flowers for weddings and corporate events, we have a retail showroom with silk floral , silk trees and local artists work for sale, we offer complete in home or office design consultations for everyday decor and Christmas and finally we do commercial installations with local restaurants , bars and hotels.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
best local spots : Desert Botanical Gardens , Devils Bridge, Jerome , Bisbee , Mystery Castle, Taliesin West and of course maybe some of the local watering holes like Dirty Dog Saloon or Larry’s Cocktails.and Roosevelt Row
