Hi Dontay, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My passion grew in health and wellness at a young age and after a few years of coaches and trainers/mentors I decided to do it myself and give it a go. From basic fitness to performance from performance to Health and wellness. I started a dream to become a one stop shop! Inferno supplements , inferno meal preps , and coach/trainer and mentor.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
inferno performance is designed to give everyone a challenge to matter what your skill level is. Infernos over all goal is to get results!
However we also invite a positive healthy environment so your transformation of the body/mind/and skill is enjoyed.
We will push you and help set new comfort zones!
Inferno performance is designed with 7 stages to challenge you to get to the next. Within each stage, their are 7 levels.
Each stage and each level helps to challenge you but also not allow your body or you to get use to the work!!
Once you have finished and destroyed the 7 stages, the goal has been reach and you have been transformed into what you see!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Welcome to Arizona. If you haven’t already been to Tempe marketplace for some good times, you must stop by. If not on that side of town stroll on over to west gate you won’t be disappointed. As far as food goes, you can find a gem 💎 just about everywhere, my go to spot is Coolvybes (Caribbean food), New Times Square (Italian pizzeria) , Wingstop or ATL wings. And every taco I can find!
