We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Jingxin Yang and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Jingxin, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The reason why I start my own businesses because it is all about chasing my passions. To start a business, it just requires enough drive and passion in what you are doing. I believe everyone is capable of fulfilling all of their dreams, one way or another. When I was little, I dreamt to be a chef, an artist, a fashion designer, etc. Even though those things are not my professional career, I have developed hobbies and created things based on those dreams. I am always learning and self improving to be able to do everything that I enjoy; it’s the most enjoyable and rewarding feeling.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The reason why I started Vicero CBD is because I wanted to share my passion to educate and to empower people to conquer their health. Being a pharmacist, I see that there is always a lack of information given to people when it comes to their health. I always try to educate and allow them to have a deep understanding of their body and medications. Having knowledge is the key and power to being able to change their lives. When it comes to cannabis, since this is an emerging field, people will need more guidance. There are definitely a lot of barriers to entry because this is a saturated market as well as a subject that has a stigma. However, because I believe that these barrier are easy to overcome with the proper education. This brand is here to give people alternatives and allow people to take control of their health by being able to make health conscious decisions using premium CBD products.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Living in Arizona, we have a lot of nature to offer. We would head north and go to multiple cities to see the different magnificent nature views. We would go to first Sedona to see the most beautiful red rock formations in the world. The hiking in this town is out of this world. We will be hiking early morning and then enjoy a picnic on the hike. After Sedona, we could also go up to Page, AZ and look at the colorful wave formations in Antelope canyons. Finally, we will stop by the Grand canyon to look at the most beautiful natural wonder of the world.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The success of my business is built on many hours of discussions of strategies and mentorship with my business partner. We are always learning new ways and refining our skills be better than we were yesterday.
