We had the good fortune of connecting with Elisha Bosch and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elisha, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Taking risks helps me build my confidence and it helps me grow. There are many times where the Fear of Risk has almost held me back. When I’m in that moment I tell myself “Yes, you are scared, But Do It Scared!” I always remember that I Can Do Hard Things. With this mindset it helps me navigate through the Fear.

Taking risks has helped me grow my business and boost my confidence. I love to learn new things when it comes to my industry. I’ve taken multiple classes on Hair extension methods, styling and hair cutting courses to business building and marketing classes. It is important for me to be skillful and creative while offering styling suggestions and a variety of services for all of my clients.

I feel like I always need to take risks, challenge myself and try harder if I want to grow stronger and become better skilled.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I specialize in hair extensions, hair cutting and wedding hair. I love the creativity in all of these things. I’m always learning more and more! The creativity is limitless! Extended training is key to keep learning!! I always thrive to learn different techniques and styles. I love my job and it is the best to help your client leave with confidence! I love that they feel better about themselves when they leave my chair.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My Favorite restaurant is Az 88. The atmosphere is soo great… My favorite resort is the Montelucia resort. A Chill day at the pool with family and friends is my Jam!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My hair journey started at Classic beauty college.. Thank you Mrs Peschio for all that you have done for me!

Second, My internship as an assistant was at Taglio Salon. Thank you Tom Rough, Dino Coppi and Pina Puccinelli for hiring me that day! Thank you to all the instructors for teaching me how to utilize my skills starting from the basics.. I learned so much from this extended training program.

Third, thank you to Jaima Curtis and Lisa Cholewa for inviting me to join the team at Plush Salon. It’s been 14 years of fun, creativity and laughter.

Forth, thank you to my Family and Friends for supporting me through my journey!
