Meet Elizabeth Munoz

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Munoz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Elizabeth, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles, we are on a mission to help soul-led women entrepreneurs rise in their voice, visibility, and value—not through hustle or performance, but through sacred remembrance and authentic embodiment.
Through our Sales with Soul™ framework, Illuminated Visibility Method™, and Soul Illumination Method®, we guide women to reconnect to their inner flame, regulate their nervous system, and reclaim their sacred power to be fully seen, heard, and honored in the world.
We believe that when a woman becomes visible in her truth—when she speaks from soul, sells with alignment, and leads from integrity—she doesn’t just grow a business. She creates a ripple of healing across her lineage, her clients, and the world.
Our impact expands further through the Soulhaven Foundation, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit mentoring young women ages 18–22 through sacred, soul-aligned leadership journeys. These Luminary Butterflies™ are paired with trained Soulhaven coaches, completing transformational mentorships that awaken their purpose, power, and conscious stewardship.
Together, we are building a world where divine feminine leadership is restored, entrepreneurship becomes a sacred act of service, and visibility becomes a vessel for legacy, healing, and change.

What should our readers know about your business?
Tell us more about your business. What sets you apart from others? What are you most proud of or excited about? How did you get here?
At Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles, we are bridging worlds—where modern psychology meets ancient wisdom, where strategy is paired with soul, and where success is rooted not in performance, but in purpose, ritual, and sacred embodiment.
What sets us apart is our multidimensional approach to transformation. We blend the science of nervous system regulation, somatic safety, and HeartMath Institute’s heart-mind coherence with ancestral ritual, divine feminine ceremony, and spiritual embodiment practices that return women to the truth of who they are.
Through my signature frameworks—the Soul Illumination Method®, the Illuminated Visibility Method™, and the Sales with Soul™ framework—we guide soul-led women entrepreneurs to ignite their inner flame, reclaim their voice, embody their divine calling, and build businesses that are not only profitable, but deeply aligned with their soul’s mission and sacred purpose.
We lead with intention, frequency, and feminine integrity. We don’t just help women get visible—we help them feel safe being seen. We don’t just help women sell—we help them understand that sales, when led from soul, becomes an act of sacred service. We don’t just offer coaching—we offer remembrance, reclamation, and rebirth.
Was it easy getting here? Not at all.
I spent nearly two decades in corporate sales leadership, hitting high six- and seven-figure milestones. I knew how to perform—but I was disconnected from myself. The system rewarded burnout, masculine overdrive, and emotional disconnection. Eventually, my body, spirit, and soul all said “no more.”
What followed was a sacred breakdown and breakthrough. Chronic illness, spiritual crisis, emotional unraveling. I entered into the deepest soul initiation of my life—one filled with plant medicine, somatic healing, spiritual mentorship, sacred ceremony, and countless nights of prayer.
Through this inner alchemy, Soulhaven was born—not just as a business, but as a sanctuary. A movement. A divine matriarchal legacy.
I’m most proud of the Soulhaven Foundation, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit created in sacred remembrance of my goddaughter Briana, who passed away at 19 while working three jobs just to survive. Her legacy lives on through the Luminary Butterflies™, young women we mentor through soul-aligned leadership, embodiment, and holistic empowerment.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned?
There is no success without soul.
Visibility is a healing journey, not a branding tactic.
Purpose is not something you chase—it’s something you remember.
Wealth without nervous system safety is just another form of self-abandonment.
When women reclaim their voice and visibility, they heal generations forward and backward.
What I want the world to know:
We are not here to conform—we’re here to illuminate.
We are not here to play small—we’re here to embody our sacred bigness.
And we are not just building businesses—we’re birthing legacy, lineage, and luminous leadership.
Soulhaven is the future of soul-led entrepreneurship, rooted in love, lit by purpose, and guided by the divine.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If My Best Friend Visited Scottsdale… Here’s the Soul-Lit Itinerary I’d Curate for Her
By Ms. Elizabeth Munoz, Founder of Soulhaven Holistic Lifestyles
When my best friend comes to town, I don’t just show her around—I guide her into a week of sacred remembrance, soulful nourishment, and divine feminine joy. Scottsdale is more than spas and sunsets. It’s a deeply energetic place full of healing, beauty, and opportunities to reconnect to what matters most.
Here’s how I’d curate a luxury-meets-spirituality itinerary for a soul sister visiting the desert for the very first time:
Day 1: Arrival & Anchoring in Light
We’d begin with a simple but sacred arrival ritual at my home: a warm rose tea infusion, lavender foot soak, and a moment of mirror work to set intentions. I’d gift her a blue butterfly token (in honor of my goddaughter Briana) and a Soulhaven journal to capture the transformation ahead.
We’d watch the sun set at Papago Park, speak our intentions aloud, and close the night with a quiet dinner at Flower Child, where organic bowls meet uplifting vibes.
Day 2: Spa, Stillness & Soul-Care
We’d take a day pass to CIVANA Wellness Resort, soaking in hydrotherapy pools, joining a gentle yoga or meditation class, and journaling poolside with nourishing juices in hand.
Later, we’d visit Oasis of Chi, one of Mesa’s hidden gems for Qigong, energy healing, and crystal bed therapy. The night would end with herbal tea and a few pages of oracle wisdom back at home.
Day 3: Market Magic & Local Soul Spots
We’d wake early for the Old Town Scottsdale Farmers Market, sampling raw honey, desert herbs, and chatting with heart-centered artisans. I’d take her to Abundant Space, where we’d drop into a breathwork or sound healing circle—one of the valley’s most aligned spiritual hubs.
Lunch would be light and fresh at The Farm at South Mountain, followed by a walk through the orchard or time in stillness beneath a mesquite tree.
Day 4: Movement, Art & Desert Reverence
After morning movement—either a T’ai Chi class or guided walking meditation—we’d visit Cosanti Originals, the otherworldly earth-cast bell sanctuary created by Paolo Soleri.
In the afternoon, we’d stroll through the Desert Botanical Garden, grounding into the wisdom of native plants, and perhaps offer a prayer of gratitude to the land.
Dinner would be picnic-style at golden hour—homemade, intentional, and shared in silence before sunset.
Day 5: Sacred Soulhaven Mini Retreat
This day would be pure Soulhaven magic—a full-day, self-led retreat at home or in a private healing space.
We’d do:
Morning affirmations & embodiment movement
Vision board creation using intuitive collage
A deep dive into the Soul Illumination Method™
Journaling with the Illuminated Visibility prompts
Lunch as ritual: slow, seasonal, and intentional
Anointing oil, sound bowls, and shared reflections to close
Day 6: Sisterhood, Beauty & Gratitude
We’d return to Abundant Space for a closing workshop—perhaps a sacred circle, womb healing, or feminine leadership class. Then we’d browse local metaphysical shops, picking out incense, aura mists, and sacred jewelry as keepsakes.
Dinner would be at True Food Kitchen, followed by a gratitude walk beneath the moonlight—no rush, no noise, just presence.
Day 7: Integration & Illumination
We’d close our time with brunch at Morning Glory Café at The Farm, then take one final walk through the Botanical Garden to reflect and integrate the soul-shifts. Before she left, we’d exchange letters of gratitude and a shared blessing to send her back into the world glowing from within.
Because That’s What Soulhaven Is About
To me, a perfect visit isn’t about the fanciest itinerary. It’s about creating experiences that anchor us into our truth, regulate our nervous system, awaken joy, and restore connection to the sacred.
That’s what I want every woman to feel—not just when she visits, but every day of her life.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My journey has been guided by the seen and the unseen—by angels in the form of family, friends, mentors, and soul contracts who’ve walked beside me, held my truth, and mirrored my light through every evolution.
First, I honor my goddaughter Briana, whose radiant soul and tragic passing birthed the Soulhaven Foundation. She is the blue butterfly whose wings continue to ripple through everything we do. This movement is her legacy in motion.
To my mother, Benita Munoz—a quiet warrior whose strength and faith laid the foundation for the woman I would become. Her love has always been my anchor.
To my husband, Nathan Cruz, my divine masculine partner—whose presence allows me to rise, create, and serve in wholeness. His belief in me, his protection of our vision, and his soul support are sacred gifts I cherish daily.
To my daughter, Isabella Rose, who reawakened the flame in my soul. Her light reminded me of who I came here to be and the kind of world I want to help build for her and the generations of girls to come.
To my three sons, who teach me strength, softness, and sacred leadership. Through them, I understand the importance of raising emotionally intelligent men who honor the feminine and lead with integrity.
To the men who walk this path as our illuminated allies—those who choose to support, protect, and uplift women without needing to dominate or define us—your presence matters more than words can say. You are helping restore the sacred balance this world so deeply needs.
To the mentors, healers, mystics, and soul sisters who reflected my highest self when I forgot how to see her—thank you for being my mirrors and midwives.
And to the Soulhaven women—our coaches, our Luminary Butterflies™, our soul-led entrepreneurs—you are the fire, the frequency, and the future. We are not just building businesses—we are birthing a new world.
This mission is not mine alone.
It is a symphony of lineage, loss, remembrance, and divine rebirth.
It is love made visible.
And we rise together.
